And bamapachyderm, I agree about Gingrich. I already made a prediction (to myself) earlier today that Gingrich will seek the nomination, as will Hillary for her party. We’ll be smart enough to realize he’s unelectable, and if the Dems stay true to form, they won’t be that smart and WILL make the unelectable Hillary as their nominee. That’s about the only ray of sunshine I can see right now. Sadly the media, who is more powerful than any branch of the government, can make a lot of things happen in the next couple years so it’s all up in the air. We who worked for the MIGOP did everything we could to elect new people to those positions, but it appears that the Michigan voters who don’t live in Lower Michigan are happy with our current economic situation. As we’ve already lost 20,000+ residents over the past 4 years I guess we will continue to lose more. With liberals now in control of Congress we might see Michigan go up a few notches on the list while the economy tanks for the rest of the country. Sheesh!

My point is that the Democrat voters did not vote for impeachment and they most certainly did not vote for withdrawal from Iraq. If they had, Lieberman would not have won!
