I can make the “naive” comment because I actually am surrounded by liberals that are totally clueless about the scandals in their party. Mention a Democrat scandal and they will look at you with blank stares; doe eyes. Certainly it gets discussed here, and for those who look – but it never reaches the level of PUBLIC consciousness that Republican scandals. Why? Because Republicans are ineffective at making a big issue out of it.

Sandy Burgler is a prefect example They let it go. Name me ONE time Dems have simply dropped an issue.

And don’t be so quick to denigrate your party as being ineffective at making a big thing out of Dem scandals–you remember Ken Starr? How often is Ted Kennedy’s infamy (over 30 years old) brought up on this blog? JFK/Marilyn Monroe? Johnson’s Baker scandal? Please.

Ok, let’s see there was John Kennedy’s law boards thing, Chelsea Clinton being called a “dog” by the Oxymoron, Michael Skekell (sp?) being identified as a “Kennedy”, Theresa Heinz Kerry being attacked for being rich…and Barbra and Jenna were left alone–when is the last time you heard anything from them?
