Whatever happens, we move forward. Even with Dems in control of the House and maybe the Senate, I’m just glad that the election is over. I’ve been sick up and fed with this stuff for too long; we have not touched on politics on our blog.
It can destroy your soul to focus on such venom and bile day after day. Listening to election lies can give you cancer.
As soon as you can, shut off the internet and TV for a couple days and get some rest. It’ll do you good, and yes,I’m going to be following my own advice.

On Fox News the Allen camp has stated that the networks transposed the final figures; it was actually Allen that was ahead of Webb by 5000 votes.

Can anyone put that beyond the networks?

Anyone, great news, and I’ll go to bed now with hope.

Fox just reported that one precinct has shut down without counting all the votes and that it is a fairly conservative precinct. I don’t see this one being over for a few weeks.

Absentee ballots are usually counted with the precincts to which they belong. About 5% remain to be counted. Barone says that a couple of precincts still have a handful of votes to count, but it’s looking like Senator Webb.

How sad! Jim “Smutgate” Webb is our new senator from Virginia, and he was elected by a 2500 vote margin in which thousands of illegals voted in Northern Virginia.

Well, we can hope for Missouri.

Even more depressing and irritating: President Bush seems happy about the Democratic result because he can now push his amnesty plan.

FNC listed Webb with 141k to Allen’s 139k. However, here are the current numbers with 99.1% in:

G F Allen Republican 1,141,753 49.44%
J H Webb Jr Democratic 1,139,885 49.36%

Bill Kristol just said that Webb had a 2500 vote lead. His number is probably more up to date than mine.

When you see all the illegals voting here in Northern Virginia, this is a case where non-citizens actively changed a result.

The 1% not counted is urban and will go for Webb.

President Bush, this is what happens when you are not serious about securing the border.
