Video: Michelle talks O’Reilly on O’Reilly

posted at 9:34 pm on October 30, 2006 by Allahpundit

Those O’R wages help pay for the Hot Air empire, so if O’R wants to talk about O’R, a-talkin’ about O’R she shall be!

Besides, he did a good job on Letterman and Oprah.

I figured we might need a little extra oomph for this post, so here’s something for the HA readership courtesy of the lovely KP. She snapped it yesterday before her segment on “The Big Story.” It was taken with a camera phone so I had to correct for color and lighting.

Soon KP’s conversion will be complete, whereupon we shall proceed to phase two — Operation: Banderas.

Conversion of Banderas? To what? Didn’t she tear up Fred Phelps daughter on a Fox News interview?

EFG on October 30, 2006 at 9:43 PM

Where did you find that pic of KP and Julie? Lord have mercy!

And I noticed that KP is listed as “Fox News Contributor” where before she has been “Democratic Strategist.” Is this a sign of her defection from the dark side?

infidel4life on October 30, 2006 at 9:44 PM

Slow news day, Bill?

DaveS on October 30, 2006 at 9:46 PM

MM, KP, and a beer.

A perfect evening. Thanks AP.

HerrMorgenholz on October 30, 2006 at 10:01 PM

AP, RightWinged hasn’t posted yet because he might never recover from the heart-attack caused by watching the KP/JB photo :) I’m just kidding you Randy.

Entelechy on October 30, 2006 at 10:11 PM

Why don’t they have a debate show instead of hannity and colmes? Cat Fight! MEOW!

lorien1973 on October 30, 2006 at 10:12 PM

I figured we might need a little extra oomph for this post

Michelle provides plenty of OOMPH. But the extra ladies make this a near perfect post…..

…..it needs Bethany to fully round it out.

Psycotte on October 30, 2006 at 10:14 PM

Phase 3 better be Operation Guilfoyle.

Greg Tinti on October 30, 2006 at 10:15 PM

GOOD. LORD.

Alex K on October 30, 2006 at 10:16 PM

HEY NOW…

Kid from Brooklyn on October 30, 2006 at 10:25 PM

KP is getting much more likeable. I was really disgusted that night on Hannity when she co-hosted the show in the Combes chair and talked over Ann Coulter. (who I wish was a lot more vocal these waning days of election 2006)

But I really like the way she called a spade a spade, with her assesment of Letterman’s ignorance.

We better be careful. Smart woman are not only scary…They can be subtle and quick to anger! :)

Left_Behind on October 30, 2006 at 10:28 PM

I know this is puerile, but the pic is part of the reasons I like “Fox” News.

Any more?

kevcad on October 30, 2006 at 10:28 PM

Someone please tell KP that she already fits the mold of a conservative woman. She’s no Helen Thomas, change is inevitable. Resistance is futile.

rightside on October 30, 2006 at 10:33 PM

Allah, you can’t be doing this. Posting ladies’ pictures. I thought that you a muslim. By the way, where are the burkas? They need burkas.

Phase 3 better be Operation Guilfoyle.

Greg Tinti on October 30, 2006 at 10:15 PM

This is very important. As for julie, she is one of the reasons for the turning the T.V on. If she is infected with the “know-it-all-liberal” virus, my advice is, “proceed with caution.”

Ouabam on October 30, 2006 at 10:34 PM

I’m now rightfully ashamed that I used to call KP the Blonde Badger. Sorry Kirsten, I hope you’ll forgive me…and allow me to say “welcome to the fold.”

Hey, man, don’t go harshin’ on Allah’s celebrity-hottie fantasies. It’s all the man lives for. That, and his lovely wife, Morgan Fairchild.

Haha, good call Ent. Actually I was takin’ a nap and hadn’t seen this post yet. Amazing though. All we need is Kiran Chetry and Rebecca Gomez in there, and all my goals will have been realized. And just for fun, Page Hopkins, Juliet Huddy, Gretchen Carlson, E.D. Hill, Claudia Cowan, Alisyn Camerota, Angela McGlowan, Rudy Bakhtiar, Alicia Acuna, Catherine Herridge, Megyn Kendall, Martha MacCallum, Jane Skinner, Anita Vogel, and of course Cal Thomas…. I mean… Uh… Hey, look at that picture of KP and Julie Banderas!

RightWinged on October 30, 2006 at 11:13 PM

Bill O’Reilly: It’s all about the ego these days, isn’t it? I used to be a big fan. Not any more–not since the loofah incident. I only suffered through his navel-gazing for Michelle, I have to admit.

Unfortunately, here in Austin TX, his morning show is about the only talk radio station that I can get decent reception from, other than Air America.

Hack Ptui on October 30, 2006 at 11:24 PM

Are you accusing Allah of … McGreeveyism?

Ali-Bubba on October 30, 2006 at 10:56 PM

NO. I’m accusing you of insinuating (whatever). Now drop it and have a great night and look after your own afinities. Be nice too.

Entelechy on October 30, 2006 at 11:32 PM

Bill O’Reilly: It’s all about the ego these days, isn’t it?

Truthfully Hack Ptui, I thought the same thing before I saw him in person last week. His ego is just to command his show. He was really humble in Birmingham for the Business Council of Alabama annual meeting. I believe the message that he is voicing is finally getting a bigger audience than us Conservatives. I believe that he is doing a noble job that other Americans are not stepping up to do.

You are free to voice that question because I had gotten fed up with O’Reilly before last Wednesday. I do not agree with everything that he states, but I do have a new found respect for him after seeing him and reading Culture Warrior.

Dittohead on October 31, 2006 at 12:25 AM

O’Reilly has a style that reaches a large number of “reachable” liberals, and that’s invaluable. He was the first “right-wing nut” my Leftist brother ever tried listening to, and now my brother is a right-wing nut himself. I don’t always agree with him but he’s honest, and enough potential “changers” respond to that. So to me O’Reilly is a national treasure doing the Lord’s work.

It is SO cool that there’s such appreciation at Hotair for, uh, feminine beauty. North Korean nukes and Speaker Pelosi with all due respect, but we know what’s really important in life (said without sarcasm) : )

GIDDEEEEEE UUUUUPPPPPPP

rotorhead on October 31, 2006 at 12:51 AM

O’Reilly is, and always has been, about self-promotion. He rarely goes after a story from a position of principle, and usually throws mud at the left AND right so that he can claim to be the only one in the middle, and retain the rights to the “no spin” trademark. I was always taught that two things you find in the middle of the road are yellow stripes and dead skunks.

That said, there are a couple of issues where he is as conservative as it gets, and the war is one of them. He did very well to keep his recent talk show appearances focused on the war. When I first watched the Letterman clip, I nearly lost it when Dave called himself thoughtful. To have KP blast him like she did was just priceless.

It’s time to move Hannity & Colmes to the 3AM slot and replace it with Malkin & Powers. Katie who?

Bwaaaahaaahaaa

Freelancer on October 31, 2006 at 1:54 AM

Regarding the photo of Powers and Banderas…DAAAAAAAAAAAMN!

No wonder Adam never complained about God taking one of his ribs.

(Adam wakes up from a deep sleep)
GOD: Adam, I had to use on of your ribs to make a companion for you.
ADAM: What? Why? You’re God! Can’t you just create a new person?! Now my side’s gonna feel funny.
GOD: (Eve walks up) This is my creation…”Woman”.
:cricket chirping:
ADAM: Hey, it’s just a bone, right. I’ve got plenty more. YOU ARE ONE COOOOOOOL GOD!

While I think O’Reilly can be a weak debater and a bit of a sissy (pisses me off when all of these people fail to mention the 12 years of Dems making the WMD case before the war), that “self-promotion” thing is unfair. Yeah he promotes his books, but so what? First of all, a huge chunk of that money goes to charities, including military charities. He doesn’t have to do that, but he does. Secondly, have you seen his work on Jessica’s law? That’s not about him, it’s about protecting millions of children. You can not like his attitude, but if you’re a regular viewer you’ll see it’s not about “self-promotion”. He does a lot of good work, but everyone has just bought in to the “all he does is yell” crap.

RightWinged on October 31, 2006 at 2:50 AM

NICE PHOTOS, Michelle looks great and with KP and Julie?, ICE MELTS. NEED MORE PHOTOS, IMHO.

tormod on October 31, 2006 at 6:02 AM

I’m startin’ to think that KP is a neo-con Haliburtan employee PRETENDING to be a Demonrat and just as the election gets closer, she starts to “turn” more conservative. It’s all Karl Rove! That eeeeevil genius! Kirsten, your turn to the dark side is nearly complete, but damn, girl, get some sun, will ya? Michelle looks better every time I see and her work is always right on, ‘cept that she didn’t top her work from last week when she said “CNN WANTS us to lose this war!” Priceless.

Tony737 on October 31, 2006 at 6:53 AM

Not to be an absolute pig or anything, but Kirsten Powers is already a conservative – and I can prove it with one simple observation:

She’s hot!

QED. The prosecution rests.

Professor Blather on October 31, 2006 at 8:18 AM

You’ve got to be kidding me! Does O’Reilly’s ego know any bounds?

“Enough about you, let’s talk about me.”

asc85 on October 31, 2006 at 8:25 AM

I never realized how vapid David Letterman is.

Hilts on October 31, 2006 at 9:40 AM

I didn’t see Bill O’R on Letterman But I saw him on the view. Between Joy and the blob he never got to finish a sentence. If your kids behaved that badly with a guest you would send them to their room.

jewrick on October 31, 2006 at 11:30 AM

If Adam had woke up the likes of MM, JB or KP he’s first words would have been, holy crap where’s that apple!
That is if he’s tongue still worked or if he could complete a sentence.

It already exists–it’s called The Vent.

That pic of KP and JB makes me tremble.

My Top 5 Fox-es(in no particular order):

Julie Banderas
Dari Alexander
Megyn Kendall
Juliet Huddy
Kiran Chetry

urbancenturion on October 31, 2006 at 12:27 PM

Wow. Was not prepared for the KP-Banderas duo. I, uh, what was I saying…oh yeah, ahem, train of thought returning…yeah – Operation Banderas should be definitely be followed by Operation Skinner, Operation Kendall, and Operation Chetry.

CP on October 31, 2006 at 12:53 PM

oh yeah, and Operation MacCallum.

CP on October 31, 2006 at 12:55 PM

Oh. My. God. What a photo!

As a friend of mine always reminds me:

“Why do you think they call it, ‘Fox?’”

JVelez on October 31, 2006 at 4:33 PM

Kirsten Powers and Julie Banderas. Yeah, they’re pretty attractive.

But not as hot as Michelle.

That must really s**k for them having to go up against Michelle in the sexy department.

Lawrence on October 31, 2006 at 4:45 PM

Thing is. Tallent does not automatically also mean Intelligent.

Letterman is quite talented, and so is Oprah.

But unlike most talented entertainers, Oprah is also very intelligent. And it shows in how she handled the interview with O’Reilly.

Lawrence on October 31, 2006 at 4:53 PM

Letterman is a comic. He has O’Reilly on because O’Reilly is a buffoon.
