Doesn't this just say it all?

Fox: Well, I don't think that's true. You know, I campaigned for Claire McCaskill. And so I have to qualify it by saying I'm not qualified to speak on the page-to-page content of the initiative. Although, I am quite sure that I'll agree with it in spirit, I don't know, I— On full disclosure, I haven't read it, and that's why I didn't put myself up for it distinctly.

So the ad uses Fox's disability to get the audience to cry a river of tears, yet Fox admitts that he has no clue about the contents of the very bill he is pushing. He would be the perfect liberal politician.

I totally agree. "Classy!" was my first thought.

There's a reason why she didn't. So the issue divides now that you can be for embryonic stem cell research if it's the "right kind".

There are, of course, exceptions. They are the ones who have actually accomplished something in the Real World - Fred Dalton Thompson, for example. Him, I’ll listen to.

Not quite as Fox is an Act-Tor, and everyone knows that they are the ultimate moral authority.

Exactly. These people speak words written by someone else, stand and move as directed by someone else, even their "off-camera" public appearances are scripted by publicity hacks. And we are supposed to credit their opinions? I think not.

She’s the ex-Mrs. Tyson.

So she's black, female, disabled and an abuse victim.

If she turns out to be a lesbian, that's a Royal Flush, my friends. You can't beat that with nothin'.

After seeing the link about Don Murphy's hateful comments (the link on michellemalkin.com), I went over there. I'm Watergate there as well. It was interesting to challenge the Lefties. In fact, because many of them are from Europe, they get really mad if you call them Lefties. They somehow believe that Left/Right is something unique to the United States, and that they are above it. But, it's not as if they are apolitical -- far from it.
Anyway, the regulars at Don Murphy's blog all defended his comments, and then called me names for criticizing Mr. Murphy for calling names.
If anyone is interested, you should all go over there and argue with them. They get real mad when people disagree with them -- especially in a polite and respectful fashion. They think you are being overly "superior" by criticizing nasty, personal insults as being nasty and personal insults. Then, they say you should die. It is really very similar to the Religion of Peace.

Very classy. Somewhat nonpolitical, as in speaks the truth without character assasination. The only racial factor was that Steele's sis is, umm, black also. Go fig. I am sure there is some nutjob out there on DU finding something 'inherently racist' or 'sickenly desperate' about this ad....

Very classy. Somewhat nonpolitical, as in speaks the truth without character assasination. The only racial factor was that Steele’s sis is, umm, black also. Go fig. I am sure there is some nutjob out there on DU finding something ‘inherently racist’ or ’sickenly desperate’ about this ad….

To EFG:

Hate to break it to you buddy, but it is possible to effectively divide by zero with Calculus (assuming asymptotic limits approaching zero). Can't do it with Algebra, however, since division by zero is undefined.

Also, there is a method (developed at the turn of the 19th century) that you can end up dividing by zero using subtraction. Don't remember the book, just remember that it exists.

Why do we pay attention to Matthews anyway? No one watches his show - he abviously smoked too much dope in the 60's, is frozen in time and must still visit lala land regularly. Trying to make sense of his opinions is exhausting. Matthews brings guests on that are so called experts and usually share his extreme views. If he ever has a guest on that has anything worth listening to - Matthews does not listen and talks all over them. Let him go in peace- soon he will be on CNBC and then no one will remember his face.

As for the substance, while it’s true that Steele does support some forms of stem-cell research, he’s, er, expressed reservations about the embryonic variety.

But considering no one says embryonic or adult when referring to stem cells, it's no wonder his sister didn't specifically say that. The ad run against Steele didn't mention them either.
