I’ve been having an argument on another board about this because I posted the original story and of course the first thing one of the lefty females did was bring out the moral equivalence argument. This is typical of the “Judaic religions” and such but she never once condemned the rapes or him saying they were the women’s fault. It was far more important to her to lump christians and Jews with the same behavior.

That of course fits right into what Wafa Sultan said in that interview that’s been posted on the main page about the little support she’s gotten from feminists in the West.

Where is the spirituality in Islam? Rigid moral dictates to control external behavior,do hardly a religion make. I think this Imam should take a look at his effectivness as an Imam. There us something fundamentally wrong,if members of his congregation that he refers to as hungry animals, are compelled rape a woman in any circumstance. His original position on the sentencing of his followers should shed light on the dark underbelly of Islam. A case can be made that Islam is not a religion,and should not be afforded the protection of the constitution of the United States of America.
