Hey Gals, Check This Out - Aussie Singer Beccy Cole Goes Viral. Ditto For Aussie Cleric's "No Head Scarves = Women Are Asking For Rape" Comments....

Sorry for two videos in a single day. We know we're abusing your patience. But via Allahpundit via Blackfive, you have to see this: It's like the Dixie Chicks. Except not aggressively stupid. This is one side of Australian culture.......

I must say, I am greatly impressed with Beccy!
God bless Beccy and the Diggers, for whom she sings.
A songstress not whining about the war -hurrah!
I have long believed that Australia is closer to America and her ideals than any other country.
May God bless all the troops over there, fighting for freedom!

How truly sad that someone could be unmoved by this song. How pitiable.

Beccy was talking right to you ... if that song couldn't get through your partisan blinders:

"And if you feel no pride at all ...."

But isn't that liberals? Don't they all - feel no pride at all?

Liberals believe in nothing.

"And if unlike me ... you feel no pride at all ..."

Says it all, really.

Greggy just wanted to troll away. I don't like a lot of country music, but this song was very powerful. Good lyrics, she has a very nice voice... I just may have to add a country CD to my collection :-)

As others have said, this song shows the difference between conservatives and liberals. Even if you don't agree with her political views, you have to admire the way she presents herself in this song.

And why exactly do you consider it rubbish, GregH?

Is it because you don't like country music, or because you despise folks who stand up for their troops?

Or could it be you are just a flaming troll with nothing useful to add to any discussion here?

Thanks for that special report GregH, now back to Olbergasm and the top 10 reasons we hate America.............

That's interesting. Isn't the video for that song the one where the guy joins the Marines and has a big scene with his girl and then he goes to Iraq?

Sounds like the theme of the song and the video don't match.

I liked the beginning of the video. That arguement scene seemed true to life. But after they got to Iraq, and especially the ambush scene, it looked like they were portraying the Marines as nothig but passive type victems. Patrol nervously, get ambushed, hide passively behind HUMMVEE.

HotAir family,

Go to Beccy's website and sign her guestbook to let her know how much support she has.

Besides buying her CD, it's the least we can do.
