Whene people were living for hundreds of years, and there were huge people, etc. DNA breaks down with each generation and more and more diseases and negative traits are passed on and we are reliant on medicine. This whole thing is just beyond ridiculous anyone, unless you’re a Darwinist which I fear far to many people are.

I think evolution suggests that though mutations may be random, the mutations that best support the success of the species are the ones that are “mainstreamed”–natural selection etc.

I have to laugh at the idea of pre-pierced and pre-tatooed, pretty funny thought!

The said thing is, getting pre-pierced or pre-tatooed people would be far less complicated than all of our other bodily systems and “features”, down to the microscopic level. The impossibility to evolve so many tiny parts simultaneously (or else entire systesm would be a bust) is just ridiculous.

This is too huge an issue to get in to here, but I recommend this as a daily reader for everyone (don’t base your appraisal on any one individual post, look at it as a whole if you’re going to critique it)

What about the ‘vote conservative’ gene Karl Rove is working on? No wonder he and Mr. Bush are so upbeat!
