I didn’t really like this piece either, not that I can concentrate on anything she says. She is stunningly beautiful, and I’m a chick! It must be really difficult for you guys to maintain, you know…concentration.

I have to agree, CookeyD. This wasn’t one of my favorite clips as far as content, but I always appreciate seeing Bethany up there.

(Tech note — On my screen the video image is distorted such that it’s shown wider than the subject actually is. I resized my window to see if that was the trouble (I’m using a widescreen laptop), but the aspect ratio was unchanged. Is this a problem for others?)

It appears to me that the Bethany clips were recorded at a different ratio than HotAir – try putting black bars on the sides to fill it in rather than stretching poor Bethany.

Bryan, is it confidential, or can you reveal other possible candidates who will show up in Michelle’s living room?

The only suggestion I have is that of many – a volume control.

After watching the vent, I keep one Firefox window open on HotAir all day; checking every so often for any updates. Well, every time I switch Firefox tabs, I see Bethany’s smiling face in the video window… I have to switch tabs again until my heart quits beating and my brain unscrambles.

So how about changing the video to put, say, Mother Sheehan on at the end? This will guarantee that I won’t linger at the top of the page.
