We are not torturing prisoners. We are not ripping off finger nails. stabbing, maiming, beating. We are dunking their heads in water. We did that as kids in my friends pool when we’d get pissed of at someone. Trust me, it’s not that bad. Getting grilled by a women is a different story (when you’re not in prison).

Which brings me to my next point. It’s degrading to be in prison. It’s degrading to have Bubba “have you” when you’re not into that kind of thing. Spare me the ‘prison shouldn’t be degrading’ bit.

How about that prison in texas where all the uniforms, the walls… everything, is pink. The prisoners get out and don’t commit crimes because they are afraid they’ll get caught and be forced to where pink again.

Who said anything about staying home? Like a lot of people I like my local Republicans but am unenthused about them on a national scale. That doesn’t mean I’m going to stay home and hand the reins over to the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Alcee Hastings.

The Republicans may not have given us many reasons to want them to win, but the Democrats’ default policies and general worldview remain a reason to hope that they lose.

THAT’S THE MESSAGE YOU SEND WHEN YOU VOTE 3rd PARTY. Which was the SAME message that was sent when people voted for Ross Perot. Or have you forgotten Bill Clinton?

Read again what Bryan wrote:

We don’t go to the polls with the party we want, we go to the polls with the party we got. And if you want a muscular foreign policy, one that Frankie Pentangelli might advocate, you gotta hold your nose and vote Republican. Third parties don’t so much as exist as they stage brief revolts that force the hand of the party they cripple in that election cycle. Look at the animosity that some leftwingers harbor towards their natural allies the Greens. In a Parlimentary style of government, they would work together and build a ruling coalition. In America, that isn’t possible. A regional party or a nascent third party is eventually going to get crushed by the Republicrats and the Democans.

Too bad we can’t just walk away and let them rot. They are good for nothing anyway. Maybe they could eat each other as time goes on. I’m sure they could figure out how to justify it in their faith. Why not, they justify everything else.
