Michelle, of all your vblogs, I have to say this one makes me love you the most :-) I’m only disappointed you didn’t suggest she be tried for treason!

BrunoMitchell on October 16, 2006 at 9:15 AM

I hope they bury Stewart so deep that they have to pump air down to her.

thegreatbeast on October 16, 2006 at 9:27 AM

What a nut. I hope the sentence fits the crime.

High Desert Wanderer on October 16, 2006 at 9:49 AM

Takes all kinds to make a world!

NRA4Freedom on October 16, 2006 at 9:53 AM

No mercy. Throw away the key.

infidel4life on October 16, 2006 at 10:06 AM

Sentence her to be permanently-coated in purple fur and play Live Action Barney the Dinosaur for other prisoners in Remedial English classes… for Life.

(With seamless white denture bands implanted over her own foul choppers for verisimilitude.)

Useful idiot par excellance or traitorious bi-yatch supreme?

Either way, let her never enjoy the freedoms she worked to destroy again.

profitsbeard on October 16, 2006 at 10:23 AM

Never ceases to amaze me the convoluted lengths a lefty will go through to make a disgusting action sound like a mission from the almighty. It’s treason, Lynne, and you should be thankful you’re not simply going to be put in front of a firing squad. Wonder how your jihadi buddies deal with traitors? I don’t think they let them make pompous bloviating speeches to the press…throw away the key. Nicely said Michelle.
As far as that ad, she should have walked on the Sean Penn question. That guy needed a haircut too. The generosity of some women never ceases to amaze me…;)

austinnelly on October 16, 2006 at 10:29 AM

Takes all kinds to make a world!

Yeah, but whichever one she’s from I wish she would go back.

Lone Star on October 16, 2006 at 10:31 AM

Ms. Stewart should be caged for the rest of her life. In the afterlife, she will be judged for the blood he has on her hands.

MCPO Airdale on October 16, 2006 at 10:48 AM

Personally I think she should be up on 1st degree murder charges for all those who were murdered in Egypt. Unless she is really stupid (and the law degree argues against that) she must have known what her ‘message’ and cover-noise would result in.

She was an officer of the court and as such doesn’t she have certain responsibilities - such as following a court order?

Personally I think a firing squad is too good for her - Live action Barney the Dinosaur sounds tempting :). But just get a rope and be done with it.

CrazyFool on October 16, 2006 at 10:52 AM

BOO FREAKIN’ HOO IS RIGHT, MICHELLE! :-D :-D

Lynn Stewart speaks of her concern for the down trodden?

Well, ya can’t get more down trodden then the murder victims of the WTC, burka clad women who are shot through the head in Afghanistan for looking outside their windows without permission, victims of terrorist bombings, Danny Pearl and others who were kidnapped and beheaded, the four security guards whose burned and mutilated bodies were hung from a bridge support, and those two troopers from the 101st Airborne who were tortured (which included having their you-know-whats cut off and stuffed in their mouths…and no, I am not sorry for being graphic in this case here-Michelle you can discipline me accordingly for being graphic).

AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, THAT IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF BEING DOWN TRODDEN.

INDEED, UNTIL THOSE ANIMALS WHO USE RELIGION AS AN EXCUSE TO PERFORM TERRORIST ACTS ARE DEFEATED, WHENEVER I FACE EAST IT WILL BE TO PERFORM AN ACT OF INDECENT EXPOSURE.

The False Dervish on October 16, 2006 at 10:55 AM

it figures that the liberal moonbats come out & defend this terrorist appeaser.

Starblazer on October 16, 2006 at 12:38 PM

also i would like to see GregH & honora defend this person

Starblazer on October 16, 2006 at 12:40 PM

correction - i would like to see how GregH & honora will defend their terrorist appeaser friend

Starblazer on October 16, 2006 at 12:42 PM

She “looks” like a left wing moon bat female.

SouthernGent on October 16, 2006 at 12:55 PM

disappointed you didn’t suggest she be tried for treason!

Don’t know if I’m dissapointed in Michelle, but I am in our government if they left Treason on the table. This woman, traitor Lynne Stewart, should be shot. Firing squad shot dead for two reasons A) She deserves the worst possible B) Send a message to all other traitors that when convicted, then after 10 years of failed appeals, they will be shot dead, standing there facing the rifles that will take their miserable life away.

shooter on October 16, 2006 at 12:57 PM

Well, Hugo Chavez lost his bid for a seat on the UN Security Council. So that’s one down. Now all we need today is harsh sentence for Stewart and it will be banner day for Justice in America!!!!

BrunoMitchell on October 16, 2006 at 1:29 PM

Whatever Lynne Stewart gets, it should be doubled. However, this being very multicultitouchyfeelywarmfuzzy NYC, I’ll bet she gets at most five years minus time-served (if any) and time off for good behavior. I’m not sure that she would be disbarred. In any event, I think it’s a mild handslap which will dissuade few others from attempting what she did.

chsw on October 16, 2006 at 1:46 PM

Excellent vent, Michelle! She should be disbarred as this will be a felony conviction. I can’t understand why Ashcroft didn’t indict her for treason. She is well-deserving of the death penalty.

Neocon Peg on October 16, 2006 at 2:18 PM

Saw an alert on fox that she got 28 months. Very sad!

Catie96706 on October 16, 2006 at 2:32 PM

Catie you just ruined my day.

BrunoMitchell on October 16, 2006 at 2:43 PM

Some good news though …

Ahmed Sattar, a paralegal who worked with Stewart was sentenced to 24 years earlier today.

Also, perhaps Stewart will die in her jail cell. Which would be a good deterrent for her fellow Jihadists.

BrunoMitchell on October 16, 2006 at 2:45 PM

Also, perhaps Stewart will die in her jail cell.

Would a jihadi lawyer who dies in jail be considered a martyr? Would it be analagous to a mujahid being beheaded?

RedWinged Blackbird on October 16, 2006 at 3:04 PM

Stewart said at her sentencing. “Permit me to live out the rest of my life productively, lovingly, righteously.”

Righteously my ass.

The hypocrisy of these traitors makes me wanna puke.

infidel4life on October 16, 2006 at 3:07 PM

How about we give Steward the same Permit to live out the rest of her life productively, lovingly, righteously. that she gave her victims in Egypt and other places?

CrazyFool on October 16, 2006 at 3:20 PM

This absolutely FLOORED me! 28 MONTHS? and she is FREE while her appeal is pending? NO JUSTICE!

labwrs on October 16, 2006 at 6:37 PM

Bruno says …

Hugo Chavez lost his bid for a seat on the UN Security Council

Not yet. Don’t be so confident. Voting is not over and you can tell by watching the votes that he’s actively making deals behind the scenes. By tomorrow … a lot can happen.

As for the traitor Lynne Stewart and the traitor judge that gave her 28 months …

Contact Judge John G. Koeltl here.

Gregor on October 16, 2006 at 7:11 PM

She’s a Traitor that should be jailed for life
or executed.

We’ve become too soft on these criminals. . .

Texyank on October 16, 2006 at 9:00 PM

Send her to Gitmo….

pubscout on October 16, 2006 at 9:24 PM

As usual, a bozo in a black robe sent the wrong message.
Lynne Stewart was given maximum slack (30 months) for being a maximum seditious aider and abetter with people that want us all dead. The United States is at war, Stewart should have gotten no less then life in prison, to the extreme end, the death penalty.

byteshredder on October 16, 2006 at 10:08 PM

How is she a terrorist sympathizer? I don’t see it, could someone explain it to me? Maybe I’m wrong, but I thought that terrorist sympathizers were those morons in Britian and everywhere else who think that strapping a bomb to your ass and blowing it up is a legitimate expression of a grievance.

Lynn Stewart didn’t do that, she helped carry out terrorist attacks by serving as a gopher between Rakman and his subordinates. That makes her the rough equivalent of that guy that was Bin Laden’s driver. That makes her a terrorist.

I hope her fellow inmates carry out the sentance she should have recieved.
