The old-fashioned way. Execution buses aren’t well suited to snowy, mountainous terrain.
These are the people we’re counting on to rein in Kim Jong-Il.

But they’ll do a great job with the whole Nork sanctions thing, I’m sure.
What’s the story here? Commies killing religious folks? Or escapees from their Utopia? Same song, different verse.
HerrMorgenholz on October 15, 2006 at 5:45 PM
They aren’t going to rein in Kim Jong-Il. Neither will ex-KGB leader Putin and the Russians.
Christoph on October 15, 2006 at 5:46 PM
You’d never be able to keep this posted on YouTube. It shows the Chinese soldiers being racially insensitive to the Tibetan civillians.
They would remove it instantly once flagged. YouTube is on guard for us.
Christoph on October 15, 2006 at 5:51 PM
But George Bush is the REAL enemy!
venmax on October 15, 2006 at 6:02 PM
The left will come up with some way to acknowledge these murders as something wonderful and will heap praise upon the Chinese for killing innocents. Only the US is capable of doing wrong in the eyes of the psychotic and deranged left. Any lefties wanna make a pilgrimage to Tibet? I’ll pay your way.

We are selling all of our ideas and production technologies to these people freely.
Egfrow on October 15, 2006 at 6:15 PM
I doubt the MSM will either show this, talk this, print this, or even televise this.
How many Chinese realize this? Very few I suspect.
I could care less about selling of technology, it’s using the technology to supress. It’s the involvement of American Companies allowing this suppression, like Google, should not be allowed.
One can say it’s bad for business, but to the Chinese, this is business. The argument that, if you don’t do it, then someone else will, does not cut a reasonable business model.
That’s because they’re Buddist and not Muslims. No really, I kinda understand Richard Gere now.
Kini on October 15, 2006 at 6:33 PM
This is all President Bush’s fault. If he would sell USA secrets to the Chinese as did Clinton, this would not happen.

It is important to know things like this. And don’t forget what has been going on with the Falun Gong in China for years. I committed the name Wenyi Wang to memory because of events exactly like this, and I think others should, too.
Savage on October 15, 2006 at 7:13 PM
Yeah, but Falun Gong are also a bunch of lying cultists lead by a God who lives in Manhattan.
I hate communism, but don’t espect me to love those assholes.
Christoph on October 15, 2006 at 7:21 PM
Who cares, one more dead Chinaman……
LZVandy on October 15, 2006 at 8:10 PM
Moby.
Tibetans are NOT Chinese.
mesablue on October 15, 2006 at 9:33 PM
Communism, over 100 million dead and counting…
CP on October 15, 2006 at 10:09 PM
Despicable.
Christoph on October 15, 2006 at 10:26 PM
Outrageous.
It’s good to see these things. Bad that it happens. But good that we truly know who our real friends and enemies are. And the Chinese communists are not our friends.

:(
Please think before you post.
iNeXuS on October 16, 2006 at 12:38 AM
iNeXuS, unfortunately, I think he did. I guess that’s what he thinks.

Progressives are “progressive” indeed. This act is despicable and our media’s non-reaction makes them accomplices and enablers.
But remember, the Chinese culture is so old and superior. And the society is a commune. What’s mine is yours and vice-versa. Unless you want to leave the enforced commune…
Entelechy on October 16, 2006 at 3:02 AM
Ah yes, more from the wonderful people who brought you Tianaman Square.
I’m sure the UN Human Rights Council will have something to say about this! Huh? China is a member of the Human Rights Council? Oh, okay. Then I guess this is completely justifiable. My bad.
irishsquid on October 16, 2006 at 8:07 AM
I guess it shows just how much our media hates America. They could not wait to publish horrible and embarrasing stories about our military while they are at war, yet something like this passes without mention.
America wouldn’t look so bad if the media would show the true face of the rest of the world. And we can’t have that.

Of course, You Tube is watching conservative films… there is a market for lies. Microsoft, Google and, is it, Yahoo have bowed to China - and it has a Leftist slant.
That is why Michelle needs to buy a server and host Conservative vids - I’m sure it’s only a matter of time. She should do it before someone else does so and gets popularity.
She could name it “The Conservative - You Tube“
ar_basin on October 16, 2006 at 9:21 AM
I don’t have much, but I would donate for the cause, especially if it was done the way the Hot Air videos are done sense I can’t watch youtube videos while at work.
The funny thing is I’m actually more productive when I watch videos.
Esthier on October 16, 2006 at 9:34 AM
But to return to the initial topic, well, I’m actually speechless.
Are we ever going to do something about it? Can we do something about it? Why won’t the UN do anything?
Esthier on October 16, 2006 at 9:36 AM
That’s a problem that I’ve had replying to a lot of Allah’s posts lately. He presents a terrible tragedy, points out how everyone who should be able to stop it is powerless to, and leaves us just staring at the screen, outraged. In other words, once again, I don’t know what to do.
Savage on October 16, 2006 at 10:24 AM
I have problems with Allah when it comes to Ann Coulter - he dislikes her. When he is in his, say, 30’s he will understand her hard nosed approach - he will have matured intellectually. : )
To defend him a smidge, I think this post is meant to show us where our allies reside or don’t. I often think that Russia would be on our side (THe USA) since they fight Arab Muslims/Muslim Chechens in the Chechen conflict and once in the Afghan theatre.
The Russians I don’t think would be on our side. Same goes for the Chinese. Both have had and still do have strong Commie beliefs - anti-theistic.
Btw, concerning Tibet, we can’t go in… you are damned if you do and damned if you don’t.
A UN layman “spokesman” witness to the Rwandan genocide once said we needed an international body that strictly stopped Genocide around the Globe. Wishful thinking - man is in a fallen state - man is evil at his/her core.
You will always have sides to choose, party affiliations - which will you be a strict republican/ conservative/ theist/ moderate /libertine / dem / liberal / socialist / commie ?
Oh and btw, understanding this fact - I can’t find Kristen Powers sexy — only dense and given the chance she would build a German-esque Wall and have target practice. There are plenty of sexy, smart and conservative women.
ar_basin on October 16, 2006 at 11:05 AM
I apologize for having no solutions to the Chinese oppression in Tibet.
I’m in my 30s.
Allahpundit on October 16, 2006 at 11:08 AM
I don’t mean to say anything negative about your post, Allah. I’m glad to be informed on things of this nature. It’s just difficult to watch.
Laura Ingraham did a show about babies being dumped in trash bags in China due to their one child policy, and I couldn’t shake it.
We have so much here, so much wealth and so much freedom. But we can’t stop things like this from occurring. It’s difficult.
Esthier on October 16, 2006 at 11:30 AM
But, Gorbachev thinks this of the U.S.
Heh, my icons:
Russia is stronger on: corruption, restriction of the press, human rights, competition and political opposition of any kind, the Mafia, you name a few…
China is stronger on: communism, with all its ‘glories’, opressions and limitations, infanticide, bus-executions, overt/covert support of North Korea, you add yours…
Brazil is stronger than ever on corruption at the highest level, but it is independent of foreign oil…
Europe is stronger on…can’t think of anything. Maybe you can…
India is stronger on democracy, work ethics, true multi-culturalism, including religion…some hope for India as a future world leader…
Japan is stronger on democracy, self-defence, alliance with the West, improved relations with Asian neighbors…is already a positive in the world leadership…
Not to mention the paragon of morality, equality human rights and justice the U.N. is and enforces…
Mr. Gorbachev, tear down those tinted glasses!
