One can be sure that if the speaker's name had been Abu Shoebomber, instead of Walid Shoebat, and if Abu was there to excoriate America's "crypto-Zionism", "racism" and "imperialism", he would have been greeted, feted, and invited to join the faculty as a "Multicultural Ombudsman to Oppose Islamophobia". Some Shoe's are more clearly equal than others. (Columbia, meanwhile, seems full of intellectual Loafers if not hob-nailed rainbow jackboots.) The school's new motto and goal: "Plures crapula quam gladius." ("More die of partying than fighting wars")

Has anyone read Shoebat's book, Why I Left Jihad? Might have to check that out. Check out the search results at Amazon for his name. The cover of the book is not shown ("no image available"). This can't be because the book is too new — it has been out since May '05. You might notice that the book listing itself has a cover, but that's only because a customer submitted an image. Has Amazon gone dhimmi?
