Beware! Of punishing Kim Jong Il for testing (or even trying) a nuke when the egomaniac could come back with hey, it wasn’t a nuke.
This wouldn’t be the first time he reversed rhetoric and blamed others (us) for his continued escalation.

What reason is there to think that whoever is lighting nuclear fireworks in North Korea, whether its Kim or Ahmadinejad, is going to stop trying before they get an atomic bang? America and the world need to begin doing more than hoping they run out of fuel before they get it right.

This is an opportunity. They had a failed missile test a few months ago and a failed nuke test last weekend. They can’t get it working, it’s the perfect time to go in there and disarm them militarily. Now! Before they fix the glitches. This would also send a strong message to Iran.

No matter how you cut it, it is apparent that this 'bomb' was not even half of what it was supposed to be, and the thing to remember is that lil Kim would, if he could, develop and use nukes. China is not happy about this, and the pressure must remain on them if we hope to shut down the lil guy. Russia wishes to see America, and its friends panicked. Remember that the next time they need financial assistance from the U.S.

After blaming Bush for the test taking place, the Dems will turn around and take credit for the dud. I predict they will claim that they knew all along that you could not get a nuclear reaction from the spent fuel rods of a commercial reactor, which is why they gave Kim Jung-Il the light water reactors in the first place.
