For their sake, I hope Google does a better job at restricting the amount of available copywritten materials on their site than YouTube currently does. Or they’re going to be sued to hell and back.

They’re taking a “publish now, cease and desist later” approach to the Google Library project, so they seem to be ready to go with getting sued for copyright infringement.

This seems like Yahoo buying Napster before the copyright stuff was settled.
