The earlier Rosie video was well received so I thought I’d toss a little more chum in the water. It’s a quickie montage from the 2005 retard masterpiece, “Riding the Bus with My Sister.”
She’s more covincing in this role than in “Nip/Tuck.” I wonder why.

She’s bad in this role too. Way overacted and far more shouting than mentally disabled people usually do. They generally talk at a normal volume.
Frankly, I thought she was more authentic as a pathetic rich woman paying to be fucked.

Maybe the real rosie is in the movie, her mind does it so well there has to be experience on her part….kinda comes natural to her.
And for the mind? Rosie has two minds….one is lost, and the other is out looking for it. kadaboom.
She is one misguided, arrogant & wicked person.

Ha. Michelle gives me a lot of leeway. In 5+ months of blogging for her, the only post I can think of that she asked me to remove was the Tucker and Menchaca desecration video.
She’s the best boss in the world. I wish everyone could be as lucky as I am.

I checked out the reviews of this movie at the “Riding the Bus with my Sister” link AP provided.
They seem to be sliiiightly negative.
This was basically your standard Lifetime network kind of drama, with one, horrid exception: Rosie O’Donnell. I hear she produced this movie, which I suppose is the best explanation for why no one on the production acted to remove her for another more qualfied actress.
Evidently Rosie subscribes to the “worst stereotypes of mentally handicapped persons” school of acting. She balls up her fists and hold them close to my chest, like some gigantic flightless bird. She juts her lower chin out, her face frozen with about as much depth of feeling as an extra in a George Romero “Living Dead” movie…and her voice. It is not an exaggeration to say, if it were used against Iraqi prisoners, it would be at the top of the Human Rights violations list. This combination croak / screech – Gilford Godfrey, part Pee-Wee Herman, and part “Which Way Did He Go, George?” – is in fact a talent; neither my wife nor I could actually reproduce this noise she was making. Mentally challenged folk do not look like this, do not talk like this. Her performance insults them.
She is an insult to acting. Watching 10 seconds of her insulted my intelligence as well as assaulted my senses. The actors who worked with her should have their therapy bills covered by the studio.
That seems to be a typical sentiment. So if anybody was thinking of renting this video…

Hot Air is one heck of a blog. I started because of the daily video, but over the months I’ve found, with certain awesome exceptions like today’s “Jihad Watch” video, that the blog is the best part.
And with Rosie O’Donnell sex scenes there has never been a bigger exception than today.

Rosie ruined this story IMHO. This was based on a short book or something. Since the birth of my daughter I have had quite a bit of interaction with the mentally challenged. Rosie’s mockery of those who were born different from her was disgusting. I remember my husband & watched this when it came on and I think we lasted through the first commercial and then we both cried. Anyway, good night & Happy Aloha Friday since it’s Friday everywhere but here.

Wow! Rosie sure can play a retard, can’t she? I mean, she’s amazing! Her range of skill and talent are incredible! She really had me convinced, I could’ve SWORN I was lookin’ at a real life retard. I haven’t seen an actor play a retard this good since the great Sean Penn starred in “I am Sam”.
