First of all WE are not in ANYTHING toghether, baby. I am NOT a Republican. The reason that I resigned from the Republican party are manifold. The inclusion of “LOG CABIN” homosexuals, is one. Irrespective of the fact that I strongly disapprove Foley’s actions, there is something else to be said about this incident: Most of you Republican/conservatives posting are being FLUMOXED and stampeded by a STAGED POLITICAL EVENT.

It appears that the MEDIA had the story in 2005 and sat on it until now, in order to save it for the maximum damage against the Republicans, less than 40 days before an election.

My indignation about Foley (which is considerable) is tempered by the fact that THE DEMOCRATIC/LEFTIST MEDIA DELIBERATELY ALLOWED THE PERPATRATOR CONTINUE HIS ACTIONS FOR A YEAR FOR PARTISAN POLITICAL PURPOSES. Only now, are they publishing the story.

Therefore most of my anger is reserved for DEMOCRATS for allowing a child to remain in danger for a year in order to score political points this November.

This REALLY pisses me off. If the DEMOCRATS gave a *SHIT* about anything except taking over the government, THIS STORY WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE NEWS A YEAR AGO!

And a child would not have been subjected to Foley’s “attentions” for another year.

What Republican Party are you looking at? The Republican party is AGAINST the expansion of homosexual rights and most of it’s members believe such behaviour to be against the will of God. You are quite correct that you, as an American are quite free to join any group that will have you. But why would you join a group that doesn’t want you? One in which your “right” to marry will NEVER be recognized as well as many other so-called rights attendant to such behaviour.

Moral victory for the media. The trivial is so easily discernable.

On second thought, there is nothing trivial about Foley’s forays with an under-aged kid. Foley can rot in whatever place he ends up in now.

On the other hand, according to the .pdf file provided by SilverStar830, two comments above, the ‘kid’ doesn’t look like he cut it off right away, or like he didn’t want more of the same… He sensed ‘political gold’ right away, which he sat on since 2003. Path to fame and influence in Washington.

Reaction to Mark Foley’s emails is as expected. Total and complete disgust. I think it is really sad, too. There is some “questioning of the timing” of the release of the emails and some comparing of the reaction to Foley……
