Here's a little thought experiment: What answer by Clinton to that question would have produced a positive response from right wingers? (hint: it's a trick question) EDIT: As a brief aside, and this is just wild speculation, but perhaps being baited to discuss the Clinton Global Summit and its many accomplishments (to wit, raising $7.5 billion dollars from various philanthropists), then have the interview switched to answer criticisms (as interpreted by a made-for-TV movie funded by right wing and republican agents) questioning his legacy, would get under the President's skin.
