The Wall, one of the great albums, was about Roger being unable to cope with the fact that his father was killed at…the Battle of the Bulge…maybe? (I forgot the exact battle.) Anyway, he was killed in WWII trying to defeat the Nazis and defend England. Apparently, Roger has never forgiven the world for this or honored his father’s sacrifice for such a noble cause. Thus, Roger is the typical, leftist moonbat who I am sure subscribes to the “lets just talk this out and we will all get along” school of foreign policy.

David Gilmore, Dave Mason, and Roger Wright are Pink Floyd.

Roger Waters suffers from Sid Barrett syndrome. Which is probably why they kicked him outta the band.

I’ve always liked Pink Floyd, even more so since Waters left.

I’m so glad you posted this. At the MA concert, it was Don’t cut our bacon or something of the like. While TR throws back that “we don’t need no education” the line I’ve been throwing back to anyone who listens is “we don’t need no thought control”.

The entire concert was visual anti-Israel, anti-US, anti-Tony Blair and Bush, pro-Arab/palestinian/hezbollah propaganda (and verbal too) and full of oil motives all around. I felt i was at an indoctrination school.
