Why does Joe Lieberman hate the disabled?

Outrageous. Hamsher’s going to have to think up a whole new nickname for him now. And just when “Rape Gurney Joe” was starting to take off.
She’ll come up with something. She’s got a knack for it.
Hey, if Montana doesn’t want the Gaede sisters, I know a place where they’ll fit right in: Bill Clinton’s office in Harlem. Celebrate diversity!
How ’bout “Too-Ethnic-to-Speak-at-Yearly-Kos Joe”?
Bonus nutroots-bashing: Hitchens takes aim at their lying enablers in the media.
I do not know how many times I have either read or heard Fleischer being misquoted on this, either accidentally or deliberately… But I think this slander should now be put to rest. I think so, first, because it is a minor injustice and a minor distortion of the historical record. I think so, second, because I recently spent a full hour being interviewed on Al-Jazeera, which was mounting a show on the “fear industry” in the United States. I felt obliged then, and feel obliged now, to say that such fear as there is has been principally the result of loud and gloating statements and actions, made and taken by people who thirst to kill us. To enjoy the privilege of a newspaper column, and to choose to stress instead the Fleischer reign of terror, strikes me as grotesque, and also as very slightly worrying.

The comments below the photo of Liebs hating disabled are hilarious. How do they know he doesn’t have one of those temporary placards you hang around the rear-view mirror?
About Prussian Blue… pretty lame to try to get them kicked out of the neighborhood, but they should get punishment of some sort for calling those squeaky chants “music.” I saw them on a documentary called “Hate Rock” and in addition to having stupid lyrics, they sound terrible.
Is “fear-mongering” the new buzzword for the left? How is reporting the news, truthfully, now brushed-off as fear-mongering? Strange days.

No one knows for certain if Joe parked the car, if Joe was even using the car, or if that is Lieberman’s plate. It is a case where we are begged to take the blogger at his word. Yeah, and I’ll buy a car from him while I’m at it. Not!
Even if all of the above fianlly checked out, I would nominate the blog for

I bet they ate quiche
Heh… secret meetings “off the record”, eh? The best part about campaigns and agendas are the meetings. My Assemblyman father-in-law used to have such meetings, and I loved it when I could be there as a fly on the wall. I can totally envision what they were doing behind closed doors. Some of those bloggers haven’t exactly been rowdy rooters for Hillary, and Slick Willie didn’t get to be Slick Willie because he’s stupid. He could sell ice cubes to eskimoes. “Keep your friends close, and your enemys closer”.
Speaking of Slick Willie, the Clinton Global Initiative is coming up in a few days. The Guest List is nothing short of amazing. Conspicuosly missing from the guest list is President Ahmadinejan of Iran. Then I remembered that he declared that he intended to attend the General Assembly of the world body on September 19th anyway, which is also the first day of the Global Initiative. I wonder if he’ll crash the party, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad got his US Visa!
But that brings up yet another amazing possibility. If President Ahmadinejad of Iran does show up at the UN General Assembly, there’s a good chance he may come face-to-face with President Bush, Kofi’s serving punch and cookies afterwards where the guests can “mingle”. PLUS, the United States is holding a dinner to honor all “visiting heads of U.N. delegations.” The dinner, and the reception line, will be hosted by President Bush. This could get very, very interesting.
Two men enter, one man leaves. Two men enter, one man leaves. Two men enter, one man leaves…

OOPS! My Bad! Regarding Iranian President Ahmadinejad getting his U.S. Visa to visit here next week… I linked the wrong article… Here’s the correct one, if it is in fact true. I’m having a hard time finding confirmation of this now. The original link in my previous post was from September 2005… sorry.

In regards to the Clinton Global Initiative guest list, King Hussein better keep a close eye on his old lady with Bubba around. Did you see her picture, she doesn’t look too bad.

Pardon the digression, but I loved this from Hitchens’ article:
Doc Cooksey – yes, an excellent MD – a friend and my former congressman, is no buffoon, believe me. Politically correct? Not, “No.”; but, “Hell no!” Truth in his humor? Oh, yeah. Doc also had an interesting across-the-table diagnosis of Yasser Arafat, for which he came under considerable fire. Arafat is now dead. Hmmm…

I posted the following over there, which hasn’t showed up yet:
Q: Who was driving?
Perhaps Lieberman’s driver is handicapped. If so maybe Joe should be awarded bonus points for hiring the disabled… ;-)
Just kidding. All I’m saying is, I’d like find out more about what happened before I jump to any conclusions. (”No man, it’s the smoking gun!! Joe has contempt for the disabled!”)
