You know the punchline, don’t you?
Here’s her bio at Radio-Canada. I doubt they’ll pay much attention to e-mails in English (especially from Americans), but if you want to try, the relevant address is ombudsman@radio-canada.ca.

Wow … I guess that will silence anyone else who thinks they’re doing the right thing in Afghanistan. What a bunch of felines.

Her slavish devotion to parochial “Western” values is a sickening betrayal of the Journocratic Oath.
There is a Journocratic Oath, isn’t there?

They took the story away I guess.
Rightwingsparkle on September 8, 2006 at 5:59 PM
Which story? The link works fine for me.
Allahpundit on September 8, 2006 at 6:00 PM
Ok, so who’s mounting the investigation to find the times when Radio-Canada employees that went the other way without rebuke?
I’d do it, but I’ve got

Hoping the troops win is controversial?
see-dubya on September 8, 2006 at 6:13 PM
As opposed to hoping they lose, whick is normal.

The link to the story works fine for me, as discusting as the content is, but the link to her bio is in French, and I have no understanding of the language nor the people that speak it. On the otherhand, not many news people out there that i have respect for, but she just got on that shortlist.

Pablo, I have the quote in ‘Copy’ and before I pasted it I realized that you said it for me already. Good!
It’s controversial only when it favors the West, and don’t you forget it!
Talk about the media Gestapo. Don’t look for China, Myanmar, Russia – look for Canada and the U.S. (via Henry Reid and Bill Clinton) now. Censorship is good! Especially when it censors the other side!

100% of “progressive” liberals and their media allies agree: there can be no disagreeing (that the US and BushCo is the worst thing about the world, ever)!
Gosh, if the standard applied to this lady were applied to all the media, (in an unbiased way), the number of “journalists” would be down to about, what, 25? In the world??
Shhheeeesh, what’s next?

Take a good look at her picture. This is an over the hill harpie that just can’t wait another second to be honored or acclaimed…….for anything. Just another over the hill broad with no where to go but wrong.

Yet her employer supports the troops, right?
DannoJyd on September 8, 2006 at 8:59 PM
Canada has a radio station??? My God! What next, a Wal-Mart?
Dread Pirate Roberts VI on September 8, 2006 at 10:31 PM
Do you think she may have a shot with FOX?
auspatriotman on September 8, 2006 at 11:00 PM
WOW
Absolutely incredible from someone in Montreal! Good for her! I think she will rebound somewhere, even in “Oh, Canada”. That country is begining to tilt right and it is all down to Harper and the common folk finally having ENOUGH of the lefties weenies! Even their Generals are begining to stand up and fight back verbally!
God Bless her. I wish her the best and maybe she will indeed land on FOX somewhere soon. Seems they need a Canadian correspondant, dont they?
BTW, I checked the free translation above and it is indeed quite accurate and easy to use..so USE it if you dont speak la Francaise!

Wonder if Air America would do the same

NEMETI IN SYRACUSE, is that how you were taught to talk about women?
moonsbreath on September 9, 2006 at 12:45 PM
NEMETI IN SYRACUSE, does it always have to be about sex? :o))

Glad Ernie Pyle didn’t work for there idiots. They demand to speak French, but their soldiers are out there making sure they don’t have to speak Arabic, like they did before to make sure they didn’t have to speak German.

Its scary to confront the fact that many Western news gathering organizations are simply anti Western. Oh, Lord, if only they were neutral, we could win this battle.
Labamigo on September 9, 2006 at 7:33 PM
Wonder how safe the Canadians would feel if their southern neighbor was not the USA. We have covered theis ass too long. Close the borders, Canada is not a friend.
