It’s a great segment, but the pessimist in me says he shouldn’t assume we’re going to win. If the Olberman-led, Reid-Pelosi Democrats take Congress, our victory in this war is anything but assured.

Rush needs to be featured on Vent, because that certainly was a great one.
I looked over at the inmates of DUmbland, and I find it ironic they’re throwing a hissy-fit that Mr. Limbaugh was on CBS’s segment “freeSpeech” and allowed to talk. I mean, Mr. Limbaugh or other conservatives aren’t allowed freedom of speech–only they are, afterall.
Take a gander and enjoy the minutes of laughter that comes with it.

I wish Rush had not given the network, that spins anything including the weather, the benefit of his appearence. He did and I’m sure he thought it out well before he said OK. My skin crawls each and every time I think about the “Perkey One” delivering serious evening news. I will never watch it, not even is El Rush Bo is the spot light.

No, we are not the same Nation of the civil war or the same Nation that defeated the Nazis and the Japanese in WWII.
Nations improve and degrade and America is guilty of both.
The proportion, the amount and the specificity of improvement and degradation is open for debate.
For myself, liberalism equals death, since the 60s we have been robbed of our dignity, our strength of character has been crushed and our liberty has been drawn down from a bright burning torch to a flickering candle flame. Young people today have a hard time even discerning their true history much less seeing the moral America they should.
The American spirit is more bifurcated than ever in our history. Unity and common purpose are the enemies of our enemy, liberalism.

Well duffyb, I guess there is no hope for you. You’re right that the islamofacists are trying to instill the fear that we convert or die or just lose our heads regardless.
Thank you for posting this as it hasn’t run out here yet. I’m not a big fan of his blowhardness but he’s spot on here. People like duffyb & all the other leftists who stop by and grace us with their presence don’t get it, won’t get it until an islamic sword is at their neck and they look at they realize it’s lights out for them. Sad, sad, sad. I will just never understand why the rights of terrorists are more important than those who are citizens of this country.

Rush is right, as always. I’m glad that he chose to talk about militant Islam instead of media bias or something. I galls me how so many people do NOT get that these people want us DEAD. Kudos to Rush for saying so, and laying out what is at stake.

Even here, on conservative Hot Air, we see the presence of the Chamberlain Left.
The Moonbats (assuming current participation is even from this country)say recognition of a clear threat from the Islamofacist is “fearmongering”. Perhaps they do not have the intelligence to listen and observe clear threats and aggressive violence made against citizens of the United States from so many sources.
The Moonbats, obvious present post included, seem to have a position of “don’t confuse me with the facts”, they already have their mind made up and seem incapable of supporting their positions with any facts with specific sources and clear rationale.

DuffyB, did you actually watch the clip? Comprehend what it says? Do you reaalize that these Terrorists want you dead? They do not care if you hate Bush, loath America and think this is fear mongering, they will kill you. Do you consider the Death camps of the 30’s and 40’s fear mongering? Given the chance that is what these animals would do to most of us. I am sure calling it fear mongering while sipping latte with your friends and make Nascar jokes is fine here, but this fight takes on a whole new meaning when these “fear mongers” are about to cut your head off.

He didn’t say anything that anyone could disagree with. Rather bland. Think that’s the problem with this segment on the show–too short to say anything meaningful or develop any ideas. Imagine it will be axed before long.
