My respect for you Allah is still strong but I will say again that I think that Sullivan is sick and the terrible disease he suffers from is beginning to affect his judgement. Well, I guess every cloud has a silver lining: in contrast to this, undeliberately screwing it up doesn’t look so bad.

Come on, that’s cheap. There’s no difference between intent and negligence? By that logic, it’s largely irrelevant whether the government screwed up on 9/11 or organized it themselves.

This wasn’t a way to apologize for Iraq. On the contrary: the point of my update was that this is a transparent attempt by a war supporter to deny the consequences of his decision to support it.
