Video: Fox airs German clip of Green Helmet staging a scene at Qana

Nothing new here, but I thought righty bloggers would like to see that their efforts to bring this to the attention of big media have paid off. We’ve all watched the clip, and now, thanks to FNC, a few hundred thousand other people have as well. Well done, Todd Connor.

Connor also happens to be the guy who interviewed Ace about Reutersgate, so clearly he has his eye on the blogs.

Could this be revenge for capturing one of their own?

JasonG on August 15, 2006 at 12:44 PM

Kudos to Mr. Connor

Wow, even after one of their own is captured!

Fox makes Rueters look completely nuetered. Their excuse about having to publish a pro terrorist view because their reporters would be endanger is making them look more feckless than ever.

Is it just me or does the Boss being on vacation have anything to do with the video clips to running slower?

No kidding these guys have some guts. That takes guts to continue to report the truth when they have kidnapped your guys like that.

Unfortunately they may need a bit more than guts to get their guys back. Hopefully mordock will hire a few commandos to send a “permanent” message that screwing with his employees is inimicable to your health. But somehow I doubt that will happen. Even if he tried he’d have the fwench whining in 5 seconds flat and then con-lady would probably get after him to ask for a UN resolution…

I was very surprised and VERY pleased to see this report. Quite obviously Todd Conner is a HotAir fan! KUDOS to all the bloggers out there for their incredible devotion to really “speaking Truth to Power”!!

Why not.

If the Main Stream Media will do 5 minute sessions on MENTOS and Diet Coke – linking people to You Tube..

Why not.

It’s about time that people realize they are being hand feed their thoughts and ideas.

And if they are not too lazy and care to push their minds further then they will realize that this garbage affects domestic/foreign policy.

It’s about time.

Todd Conner has always been serious and substantive. He now also prooves to be discerning.

Thanks Todd Conner, ’bout time someone got on this.

P.S. Jane Skinner is smokin’, though if I was really dreaming, I still go with Julie Banderas, Kiran Chetry, or Rebecca Gomez first.

Couldnt believe my eyes when I saw GREEN HELMET MAN on TV , then audio of the topic GREEN HELMET GUY was used…WOW.

Green Helmet, your days are numbered, better find another job.

Hopefully, someone will take advantage of an opportunity to ask Green Helmet why he told the newsmedia that there were 210 casualties at the collapsed house in Qana. That was his estimate after spending the morning at the site.

Red Cross has since reported, in detail, that 28 died and at least 35 survived, according to its sources.

He is now portrayed as a man with 20-years experience in “rescue work”. It should be an obvious question that he can answer with confidence: What was the basis for his initial estimate?

He has also been reported as claiming thousands of dead civilians in the Tyre area alone. On what basis? His speculation proved to be little more than a guesstimate or a wild-ass-guess at Qana.
