“Islam” and “freedom” sounds like an oxymoron to me. Kind of like “progressive” and “half a brain” does, since reading DU will reveal daily that liberal progressives don’t even have that.

NRA4Freedom on August 14, 2006 at 10:12 AM

It’s just scary how they’re teaching their children to hate, and that terrorism is justifiable and right.

dalewalt on August 14, 2006 at 10:25 AM

I saw these Loons on C-SPAN. Hopefully there will be video up on their site soon of this entire demonstration.

pjcomix on August 14, 2006 at 10:35 AM

You know what really frosts my Kelvinator? (freon)

Jeezum Crow, how many pics of average white families marching, protesting, in support of Hizbollah/Hamas does it take to realize that the past few decades we thought the US was pro-Israel was actually embedded with sleeper cells of white US citizens who all along had a secret death wish for all Jews?

I remember growing up with the belief that anti-Semetism was a Nazi trait. Who are these white a-holes & how did they survive till now? And who indoctrinated them?

Can you imagine if Israelis were black? G-dam, you’d see quite a backlash here in the US. Imagine that? White families in the US supporting the death of a black nation? Wow, that would really be popular on CNN, wouldn’t it? Sammy Davis Jr. would roll over in his grave.

Thanks speed647

Islam is not a religion, its a government, a hateful nazi-like government.

This kind of stuff doesn’t grow in a vaccum. Which Saudi-sponsored schools and mosques are these little darlings learning terror at? Do the people in charge of those fine institutions hold valid visas?

Just think – if we deport the imams, that’d make room for more cheap Mexican labor. Wouldn’t Bush and the RINOs be all for THAT?

Dave Shay on August 14, 2006 at 11:35 AM

“Hezbollah never hides”

What a fool.

I blame the media for being pro-terrorist and anti-american.

Watching this reminded me of the ‘peace protests’ back in the late 60′s and early 70′s. And how we lost that war at home while winning every battle in the field. History seems to be repeating itself.

Iran and Hizbollah studied the Vietnam war – apparently we haven’t.

CrazyFool on August 14, 2006 at 12:02 PM

For many generations, much of the education system in America – both public and private, from Pre-K to graduate school – is nothing more than a collection of Western-style madrassas.

Aunt B on August 14, 2006 at 12:04 PM

“Islam” and “freedom” sounds like an oxymoron to me.

They are certainly incompatible, although it’s clear that muslims know how to use freedom in their war against us.

thirteen28 on August 14, 2006 at 12:04 PM

Great Vent Michelle!

This is the background we need to “know our enemy”. Where else will we get this background to put these type of events into context?

Unity is the key to survival and prosperity and these groups show where liberal ideology leads us. Emphasis on multiculturalism instead of unity among the “American” people has led to United States citizens adopting the causes of our enemies.

Perhaps the real issue here is not threats from abroad but liberal multiculturalism used against the United States.

omegaram on August 14, 2006 at 12:07 PM

Wow, Michelle – talk about connecting the dots! Anyway, this video exposes a certain level of child abuse in my book, not that child abuse is any worry with Islamofascists. Wonder how long before the “Kidz” in this video are packing C4 in their Spongebob bookbags?

Benthoven on August 14, 2006 at 12:50 PM

Great summation of the event Michelle
Nice to see the truth as opposed to the whitewashed MSM coverage

Defector01 on August 14, 2006 at 12:51 PM

Scary, that’s all I have to say. If these people hate the U.S. so much, why are they here? Do they realize they do not have the same freedoms as they have in their home countries? Just a bunch of hypocrites!

Radical Islam and social progress is an oxymoron. With the incredible boom in communication technology exploding everywhere, the closed minded cultures of the world are drowning in a sea of openness. The more they cling to their old dogma, the more different they feel and the less they fit in anywhere but their own enclaves. The more discriminated against they feel they have become. To bad they lack the smarts to figure out it is their fault. The western cultures have already been through the dark ages and the Islamic extremists are smack dab in the middle of theirs. Lets hope it doesn’t take too many centuries for them to catch up.

Good rant Michelle:

All you have to do is mention David Corn, or Ramsey Clark in connection with every left wing socialist or communist movement to picture what ugly snakes look like. Both Corn and Clark are nothing more then destructive, treasonous apologists, for hate/blame America first.

The First Amendment was never intent to give a person or group a blank check to destroy our Republic. I say round them all up and intern them for the duration of the war on terror, because we have to many seditious bastard’s slithering behind the First Amendment, David Corn and Ramsey Clark included. They can just sit in a jail cell with Charles Manson and exchange venom with one another.

Also, Murtha, Pelosi, Durban, Kennedy etc,
“Congressmen who willfully take actions during wartime
that damage morale and undermine the military are
saboteurs and should be arrested, exiled, or hanged.”
– President Abraham Lincoln –

Amazing how these young Muslim men are at the cutting edge of capitalism! And it’s amazing how American business people totally MISSED the idea that a person could just go to different Wal Marts in different States and purchase over a 1000 cell phones for $20 and then resell them unpackaged for almost double the investment someplace else! It does make you sort of wonder where early 20 something young Muslim males GOT $20,000 cash to spend while traveling around the Country from Wal mart to Wal Mart buying and unpackaging prepaid cell phones. But then, I guess people with that kind of capitalistic skills have access to money easily enough. I know all kinds of early 20 something people who have no job but still have tens of thousands of dollars cash to spend buying cell phones in every State so they can resell them for profit.

With skills like these, it makes you wonder why most people in the nations that push Islam are poor. No Wal Marts with cell phones to resell I guess.

speechless….

LaVentanita on August 14, 2006 at 6:59 PM

Speechless…that about describes it for me as well. A bunch of kids chanting they support the PLO…wonder if that support would continue if they were forced to look at the remains of a bus bombing or cafe bombing perpatrated by the PLO, Hamas, or other dirtbag terrorist group? No, I doubt they would care about the pictures. My own cynical view of leftists is they aren’t peace lovers. They don’t mind killing. As long as the right people get killed. I would really hate to be right about that..but the more I see these demonstrations, the more I worry.

austinnelly on August 14, 2006 at 8:46 PM

I may be a decade or so older than you, Michelle, but I do think, in total sincerity, that we’re all missing the forest for the trees….

How much does each bunker buster cost?

How much does each daisy cutter cost?

How much do our soldiers/goodnewsmen cost?

Freedom is contagious.

So?

SO parachute TVs, DVD players, whatever….

IMPORT freedom….

I am dead serious….how much $$ does ONE F22 cost??

How much do a million Zeppelin DVDs cost?

Hello……

Are you ALL pointy headed idjiots or what?

Duh Duh Duh

Right there in front of you.

49 this month and I can’t believe the stupidity of our national decisionmakers.

Pointy heads, all.

It’s right there…FREE

No..waitaminute…Jimmy Page will be waiting for his cut.

Rightly so.

Hmmmm…..Think about what one of our boys looks like after being hit….I do. All the time. Every day. Pisses the crap out of me.

Sorry.

Jimmyboy1 on August 14, 2006 at 10:04 PM

Interesting – SDS was on campus back in 1968 when I started high school (do the math…carry the one…yup, geezer). As a clueless freshman, I thought they stood up for us. I came home wearing an SDS pin one day. Thought my dad was going to blow a gasket at first. After a few seconds, though, he asked me if I knew what they stood for. I thought I did, but really had no clue. Didn’t take much research to find out, though, and even less time to decide that was NOT a group I wanted to be associated with. Started challenging others wearing those pins with the same question. Don’t know how many might have had their eyes opened, but I hope a few. Unfortunately, it’s very clear that it wasn’t enough…these clips show there are still still many skulls out there that haven’t yet recovered from having their brains fall out.

Always remember, you can’t fix stupid and stupid is forever.

Shmo on August 14, 2006 at 3:03 PM

I used to think so. Although it doesn’t happen nearly often enough, there are those for whom a significant emotional event can wake them up out of their liberal stupor.

Maybe it’s just that the significant events haven’t happened close enough to these whack jobs. Well, if they win their fight against the war, maybe the next terrorists’ strike will hit them a little closer to home, geographically or emotionally.

But that is the key…you’ll never win over a dedicated whack job with logic because it wasn’t the logic of their beliefs that brought them to where they are. It was their emotions. The don’t think, they feel. So, until you hit them where they feel they live, you’ll never reach them. Vice versa, if you can drag them back to where they are hit over the head emotionally, there is a chance they can be converted without another 9.11.2001-type event. Maybe. I hope. Without that hope, why bother with all this Vent-ing, anyway?

on the Mark... on August 15, 2006 at 12:26 AM

Parachute TVs??? As if they don’t have access? They sure seem to be TV-conscious to me.

If thinking what one of our boys (or girls) look like getting hit over there make you mad, just imagine what the 9/11 victims looked like incernerated and/or crushed.
- Or my brother’s fellow marines in ’83 in Beirut.
- Or the embassy bombing victims
- Or the victims on the Cole.
- Or Daniel Pearl.
- Or what you school’s playground will look like after a
car bombing
- Or what your Jewish neighbor would look like beheaded

JimmyBoy1, we are AT WAR! We have been in one since 1983 at least; we can decide to fight it or wait to be slaughtered as infidel sheep.

Mike O on August 15, 2006 at 2:19 AM

My own cynical view of leftists is they aren’t peace lovers. They don’t mind killing. As long as the right people get killed

that’s why we’re not hearing protests from “camp casey” about those two kidnapped FOX NEWS reporters. They’re just not the ‘right’ reporters.

as for the indoctrination, Aunt Bea was correct – our kids have been indoctrinated by our socialist/politically correct/multicultural educational system. While private school is better than public, it’s not THAT much better – we still have to deal with it. i’d homeschool if I wasn’t so scared I’d screw my kids up.

pullingmyhairout on August 15, 2006 at 9:28 AM

Yaeh I say Blame the drughead parents ..
It’s not the kids fought that they support the terrorist ,it’s their parents that still smoke it up and swallow those funny pills with their kids…
The hell with david corn he’s a sicko anyways with a yellow stripe down his back…He needs a wife that can kick his A** in to the RIGHT shape..

alyce on August 15, 2006 at 9:36 AM

It’s just scary how they’re teaching their children to hate, and that terrorism is justifiable and right.

Don’t you dare question their patriotism!
