I don’t know that Lamont’s statement “[T]hat should go” necessarily means he controls what’s posted. He could just have been expressing an opinion.

I would hope the citizens of Connecticut would have more sense. I hope I’m not wrong.

The Democratic Party has been taken over by neo-Brownshirts who will stop at nothing to get into power. This is the important lesson from the Lamont campaign. And everybody reading this blog had better pay attention.

Watch out, folks. If the Democrats take over Congress in November, the fallout will be like nothing you’ve ever seen before.

Once they are in power, they will make absolutely certain that they will never, EVER, be out of power again. You can take that to the bank, boys and girls.

Here’s a list of items on the agenda of the Brownshirt Class of 2006 (aka, the “netroots”).

It is a given that the first order of business will be the impeachment of Bush and Cheney and their removal from office. And that will elevate “Speaker Pelosi” to President (sorry Hillery, you’re out of luck!), and “Majority Leader Murtha” to Speaker.

Kiss good-by “conservative talk radio,” because the Speaker Murtha and Senate Majority Leader Reid will immediately move to reestablish the “Fairness Doctrine” — which will chill to the point of *EXTINCTION* conservative voices. If they won’t tolerate “dissent” from Joe Lieberman, one of their own, they certainly won’t tolerate Rush Limbaugh, or anybody else who dares to expose their lies, their treason, and their anti-American beliefs.

Kiss good-by gun ownership, too. If you liked the old, expired so-called “Assault Weapons Ban of 1994,” then you will LOVE the new “Enhanced AW Ban of 2007” — the one that the Brady Center is having wet dreams about that outlaws possession of all firearms as “assault weapons.” The last thing that the Brownshirts Class of 2006 will tolerate is 85 million gun owners — anymore than their forebearers of 1932 Germany did.

Kiss good-by your SUV. The same people who have taken over the Democratic Party are the same people who hate SUVs, hate drilling in ANWR, hate new drilling in the Gulf, and hate building refineries, nuclear power stations, and coal generation of electricity. Do you think these tree-hugging radical socialists care that half of the oil wells in Alaska just went down over the weekend? YOU BET THEY DO! They’re jumping for joy!

Besides the political hay to be made over $5.00/gal or higher gasoline in anti-Bush TV ads, it is their chance, once the Brownshirts get into power, to impose their economic agenda of price controls, higher taxes, “living wages,” death taxes, and defunding the defense department.

Kiss this blog good-by, too. The Alternate Internet Media killed John Kerry’s campaign and sent Dan Rather into retirement. Do you think that the Brownshirt Class of 2006 will allow an independent alternative media to exist, that would continue to EXPOSE the left’s deliberate manipulation of the news to advance the Democratic Party or to expose the media’s deliberate collateration with the “insurgency” in Iraq and Hezbollah in Lebanon?

Folks like Kos, the DU-ers, and evil witches like “The Hamster” want “free speech” and an open “marketplace of ideas” as much as the rest of us want the Clap. They will move heaven and earth to shut Michelle down, to cut the Powerline, to sink the Captain’s Quarters, to terminate those little green footballs who expose their lies and their hatred of the rest of America.

The new owners of the Democratic Party WILL NOT tolerate dissent. And they won’t tolerate us, either.

The Brownshirt Class of 1932 went on to build concentration camps and gas chambers to deal with their enemies. If we sit on our hands this November and allow the Brownshirt Class of 2006 to take over Congress, we will lose forever the ability to be free to express our opinions. We will lose forever the non-”Mainstream Media” voices that expose the lies of the left. We will lose our voices.

And some of us will almost certainly lose much more in the Brave New World that the Brownshirt Democratic Party will build.

Sounds like our 100 marvels in the Senate, on funding the border and addressing immigration. He might be a good fit. Mr. Lieberman might be to certain on the issues.
