I agree 100%. O’Reilly and Rather are idiots because they think this is all about them. They claim they want to inform the American pople but they do not have a clue the way most Americans feel about most issues including the War against Islam fascism.

I think most Americans are frustrated that our leaders will not take the gloves off and fight this war as a WAR.

The Republicans DID participate in the personal destruction of President Clinton. I am a Republican and I agree with that statement. I do not think Bill Clinton was the worst President to be elected in our country. (I reserve that for Jimmy Carter). At the same time, I served his administration to the best of my ability, did not run to the newspapers to leak secrets harmful to the Clinton administration and make them look bad. I WAS part of that administration, and the two administrations before that as well. The difference is that Dhimmicrats want bureaucrats to be dishonorable now just to hurt a Man they don’t like.

The hatred and rhetoric surrounding the Bush II administration is way out of line. Rather saying, and O’Reilly agreeing with him, that if you cross the White House publicly, they will come get you, is stupid. Folks serving in the White House don’t have the time to come after people and destroy them. That may be a function of the party machinery. And they don’t act on every whim of the President (who has neither the time nor the inclination to respond to personal attacks — whether he is Bill Clinton or George W Bush).

The Dhimmicrats and the Republicans both participate in it. Currently I believe the Dhimmicrats have crossed every reasonable and tasteful boundary set in the previous 25 years. But they both do this.

The American public is not stupid. They see that both sides act like children during a time of war. They want the President to prosecute the war vigorously (more vigorously than he has). They want the terrorists stopped and the Muslim world’s attitude changed. If it takes sacrifice to achieve this, they will accept that. But someone better start explaining how this is to be accomplished. Welfare, health care, and social security don’t mean dick unless you can wake up every morning and make sure there isn’t a knife at your throat. Security in the form of the ability to go about your daily life without threats of bodily harm to you or your family are what matters most to every American. Try living your life without it. Like living without breathing.

O’Reilly is wrong. Rather is surely wrong. War is the most chaotic and complex of events. NOTHING goes right. But the side that perseveres and tenaciously pursues its enemies without reservation and without this petty bickering will be the side that wins.

I’m putting all my money on America. And none of it on Bill O’Reilly and Dan Rather.
