Great vent MM. THANKS!!

Lets get this on DIGG and keep it in front of the world. We know the MSM wont.

shooter on August 2, 2006 at 11:08 AM

Great Vent Michelle!

Mainstream Media (MSM) seems to be so willing to buy into whatever the Islamofacist feeds them and your vents expose this propaganda for what it is.

omegaram on August 2, 2006 at 11:09 AM

Nice job as usual. That guy in the green helmet I find very disturbing.

Someone will have to explain to me why it is currently taboo to call terrorists what they are, terrorists. What was that gibberish the politician was spouting? Something like – They aren’t terrorist, they have objectives we find offensive? What is that @#$%!

High Desert Wanderer on August 2, 2006 at 11:26 AM

Ah! Broadband back.

Nice to SEE you, Michelle. I’ve missed you.

As for the Vent:

1) “I don’t take sides?” Whafu? Huzzat? Huh? Well, isn’t that special? The next time some tinpot dictatorship invades Frances, let’s just say “we don’t take sides.” That would make me smile. After all, everyone is morally equal, right?

2) Can we all just agree that anyone with “Carter administration” on their resume isn’t worth interviewing? And, uh, did this guy really just compare Hezbollah nutballs blowing up pizza parlors to Special Forces troops dropped into occupied France? Oh no he didn’t … did he? C’mon.

3) Terror is in the eye of the beholder? So … is that going to be on Democrat bumper stickers this fall? Ay, caramba.

How do liberals ever get elected?

First; watch Dingell and notice that he’s talking out of one side of his mouth. (I wonder if he saves the other side for legislative use.)

As for Peck; I think he needs to be introduced to a little concept called “reality”. I know it’s not popular among him and his buddies, but maybe he should try it before opening his mouth in public again. He sure didn’t have that part of his brain attached during this interview.

52Ranger on August 2, 2006 at 12:01 PM

Well Done
This could turn, for bloggers, into the same situation as the Forged Army Documents; the blog community proves another MSM reporting job to be a load of crap designed to harm America and its allies. Keep it up MIchelle

Defector01 on August 2, 2006 at 12:02 PM

Dingell is sadly my Congressman. He is rock solid in this district that includes Ann Arbor (U of M) and Dearborn (40 percent muslim) and big union.

He is getting to be more and more of a talking skull every year. His offspring are being groomed to replace him.

Years ago I attended a meeting of Perot supporters, mostly seniors. They brought in Dingell to talk. One elder complained that immigrants are coming in and collecting SSI (Supplemental Security Income). Another senior complained he would have done better if he could have kept his money out of Social Security.

Dingell launched into him like a crankcase. He said Social Security was never meant to be a retirement plan. At that the whole crowd of grey hairs went wild, shaking their fists at him. It was unreal. Someone video taped it, but when we later asked for a copy, they avoided us.

Check the arab community links on page one of his web site. Interesting that he tags ‘Arab’ instead of ‘Muslim’

entagor on August 2, 2006 at 12:27 PM

Great Vent as always.

Comparing the Hizbollah terrorists with paratroopers involved in D-day? Did he actually say that?

The paratroopers were there to kill (or capture) german soldiers – a legitimate military target. Hizbollah deliberately targets (to *kill*) civilians. There is a difference.

What an idiot.

Oh, and one correction, and Hizbollah is not considered a terrorist organization because Hiz is ‘against’ us. Its because they deliberately target and kill innocent civilians. Because they use human shields.

Imperial Japan was against us in WWII – but not considered a terrorist organization (they did not deliberate target civilians as a matter of policy). The communist of North Vietnam were against us – but not considered a terrorist organzation (they did not target civilians as a matter of policy either – at least I dont think so).

CrazyFool on August 2, 2006 at 12:35 PM

Next time Sen. Dingell-berry is up for re-election, his opponent needs to play the clip of him saying he won’t take sides against Hezbollah over and over until it sinks in.

What a pathetic moral coward.

Thanks AP!These tragic photographs, and probably more Qanas, need to be viewed thousands of times by the jihadi supporters before they become convinced that martyrdom isn’t pretty or an honorable way of thinking.

The whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth as I imagine it does to the IDF. I think we should send some breath mints to the IDF too while they remove our common enemy.

Reality Check on August 2, 2006 at 12:55 PM

You want to see a “Doble Cara?” Look at Dingell and Peck? They are the true face of the bankrupt Democratic Party. To equate a moral equivalence to America’s and Israel’s actions to Hizb’Allah’s, and the Islamist terrorists’ is pure serpentine logic. Americans do not deserve to have these two snakes serving their interests.

Propaganda is generally a handy tool for liars and thus by Islamists. All’mad’in’jihad, Ass’ed, N’ass her’Allah are heavily relying on it at this time. But propaganda will always be exposed for what they are. Remember Baghdad Bob?

Dingell and Peck are of course mouthpieces of Islamist propaganda.

TrueKatipunero on August 2, 2006 at 12:59 PM

The news agencies seem to be saying that it’s just a misunderstanding, the datelines were confused with timestamps and so forth. As you pointed out EU Referendum disagrees, and he has some good points.

Green helmet’s parade of the girl bothers me the most. I’d like somebody to explain that sequence of events. Various pictures show him carrying her out of the wreckage, laying her on a gurney wearing, carrying her down the street with no wreckage in site, and then standing holding her on the back of an ambulance. Particularly interesting is that his helmet and vest have disappeared along the way. How many times did he pick her up? Very suspicious at best.

High Desert Wanderer on August 2, 2006 at 1:39 PM

The United States of America – Terror Org?

State of Israel – Terror Org?

Hezbollah – Terror Org?

Iran – Terror Org?

Syria – Terror Org?

If they are all terrorist organizations in someones eyes, may the best men win.

We all know who the best men are…

This juvenile debate should be left to stupid undergraduate students, the mind-less peace activists, etc.

ar_basin on August 2, 2006 at 1:48 PM

Huckleberries like Dingel and Peck are the most effective weapons the conservative movement has. Keep talking, boys, and Michelle–you keep making sure Americans hear them.

IMHO, Qana aftermath was completely staged.

pubscout on August 2, 2006 at 2:12 PM

Nice vent, Michelle. Right on target, as usual.

After hearing what Dingle and Peck stated in the vent, all I can say is…

Peck and Dingle should submit urine samples BEFORE being allowed to give interviews.

The False Dervish on August 2, 2006 at 2:13 PM

Sen. Dingell & Peck , is by far the sickest terrorist alive and should be strung up right beside their love ones Hezbollah,Iran,Syria,France,Americas Democrats…
Every last one of them morons are the terrorist Orgs…

alyce on August 2, 2006 at 4:21 PM

Dingle-Berry and Peck-er head AMAZING. Is this the message from the left? If so, YEEE HAAA!!!!!!

I really don’t get them are they politcal hacks? or just plain vanilla dumb?

dallas94 on August 2, 2006 at 7:20 PM

Another point about the Peck statement:

The Allied paratroops were, as has been noted, there to attack enemy troops. They were also uniformed members of the military forces of the Allies. They were also acting during a declared war between nations.

The Hezbollah terrorists are targeting civilians. Also, they are not:

Members of a recognised military force
Acting on behalf of a nation/government
Participating in a declared war

That Peck seems to be unable to make the distinction indicates that his grasp on reality is tenuous, at best.

Two things:
1.Our opportunity to defeat Democrats is coming up in less than 100 days. It is going to get ugly. The internet moron echoing stations (leftist bloggers) will be churning out disinformation and accusations to obfuscate the political field of battle. Keep clear and stay on point. They are losers who, to quote G. Lightfoot: “Feel like they’re winning when they’re losing again.” Don’t let them cheat.

2. May God continue to Bless Israel and Curse her enemies.
