She’s accepted his proposal. The wedding’s in June.
Seriously, is there no more pressing subject than this for MM and Powers to debate? The Middle East is on the verge of war and O’R has them chatting about the decline of coupledom. Tragic.
The boss did make my heart go pitter-patter, though, when she said, “I guess I’m not a big believer in big-government social conservatism.” Wait until Sullivan hears.
Speaking of pitter-pattering. KP? Off the hook tonight.

Well, we don’t ever need anymore Carville/Matalin type matchups. Otherwise, have at it.

Well this was a “followup”… maybe he didn’t have anything better to follow up. Not that I’m impressed mind you. I’m sure he could have come up with something better.
Then again, if he had I would have been denied the kick I gout out of Krirten trying to blame the majority of the decline on blacks… can we question her racism NOW?

If I’m O’reilly, I have those two on every night – even if it’s to discuss who got sent home on “American Idol”.

Allah, “Are you lonesome tonight?” — yes, to Elvis background music…first the Ann Coulter ‘leg-movement’ in front of a PC ‘dead man talking’, and now the KP thing.
I saw the segment and it was soooo boring, except that I thought of your heart beating faster at the sight of K. She didn’t look so great tonight and had no spunk. Also, the ladies didn’t argue for/against marriage or with each ohter, and the segment was a big yawn. Waste/filler…when the world is about to go in flames.

Perhaps Bill is having a mid-life crisis…
Blonde or brunette? Blonde or brunette?

KP’s off the chizzle most nights.

This is just Bill dragging Michelle into the fluff aspects of his show. Trolling for ratings, probably.
I stopped watching Bill’s show a long time ago. I started whatching again when he brings Michelle on to actually discuss real issues. I missed this episode though, thankfully.

Let’s not forget the segment on the Strip Club Crime Wave!
Talk about a non-event!
O-REALLY looked totally idiotic when his author-guest wouldn’t substantiate the whole idea that there was any crime wave whatsoever! DUH!!!
Bet someone’s looking for a job this afternoon!

Hey, guys. We need some light stuff once in a while. I love Michelle, period, so I appreciate any time I can watch and listen.

Anyday Bill O gives child molestation a rest is a good day.
The Factor continues to decline in the ratings and the Talking Points is becoming more and more incoherent.

Neither took the bait when O’Reilly said we will be like Europe in 20 years.
He fantasizes. Europe is basically atheist. I heard a Swedish priest on EWTN this week who likes to ask school kids what percentage of the world they think believes in GOd. Swedish kids usually guess under 10 percent because they cannot believe anyone would think differently from them. This same priest finds the percentage reversed with American kids.
The demographics of conservative religious America is more like the demographics of muslim Europe. They still get married and have kids while the Sex in the City crowd shrivels like a bunch of Shakers. O’Reilly can’t absorb that anymore than the Swedish kids.
O’Reilly likes to troll with his fatalist pronouncements. I sort of wish Michelle took the bait just to give him a scare.
He gives me a headache, but if it weren’t for Fox, I never would have seen MM.

KP was off the hook indeed.
I’m still waiting for the Malkin/Powers mud/oil wrestling… that’s how politics should be.
Why does she (KP) have to be so pretty, but so often wrong?

“I guess I’m not a big believer in big-government social conservatism.”
Huh?? Isn’t that what’s going on in the gay marriage issue? Michelle, honey, what ARE you saying???
mxmat2 on July 19, 2006 at 6:54 PM
“Big-government social conservatism” seems like an oxymoron to me… not that it has stopped other conservatives from embracing it. I’m glad that Michelle feels this way… shows principle.
Yes it is what is happening with that issue, and that’s likely why Michelle doesn’t really care about keeping gay marriage illegal.
