Can you feel it?

Treacher can.

Who’s the barrell of the gun being pointed at? Cheney or her own head?

Defector01 on July 14, 2006 at 12:23 PM

I can feel Plame and Wilson’s pain after Ann Coulter’s devastating expose of them in Godless. I’m sure a lot of their neighbors in McLean are laughing behind their backs.

januarius on July 14, 2006 at 12:27 PM

“With heavy heart.”

Yeah, right. She expects us to believe that.

Oh and let’s not forget The Joeseph and Valerie Wilson Vacation, I mean, Support Trust has been set up at http://www.imasucker.org

raz0r on July 14, 2006 at 12:29 PM

Ahhhh Hypocracy at its best….

Maybe they can join Cindy for a Smoothie…

Romeo13 on July 14, 2006 at 12:29 PM

If THAT’S what our CIA has become, we might as well abolish the whole thing and let the “Peace” protestors handle the Nations “intelligence”.

NRA4Freedom on July 14, 2006 at 12:51 PM

I’d like to see a lot more people with that subcaption by their name… “former CIA operative”. Every last one of those bastards that conspired to try to cripple the President. Every last single one of those minger wankers.

AllahPundit,

Got a favor to ask of you.

Who is doing the video-taping putting the clips on Hotair?

Next, there are 31 million people with hearing loss. Guess a good percentage of them are Republicans/Conservatives, no?

Next, all TVs 13-inch and greater have Closed Captioning on it.

Next time, you, Malkin, or whoever, turn on the captioning and record it as is to put the clips here on HotAir.

Gotta think about other people who cannot even hear or have a very hard time understanding the words spoken in those clips.

Me. I have no problem but I do have a hearing loss.Would be great to consider adding closed captioning to those clips. The closed captionin is free on C-SPAN, Foxnews, major news networks, etc…only in rare or uncommon instances that captioning doesn’t come through. All it takes is to press one little ittie bitty button on the remote control to switch on the Closed Caption with very, very little effort.

Let’s reach out to those who cannot hear and those who are, in fact, supporters of Republicans…such as me.

https://deaf.gop.com/default.aspx – recent

Not my doing in the above. Just a FYI

Kokonut on July 14, 2006 at 12:53 PM

Can someone please let Val know that twisty beads went out in like 1985?

Matt on July 14, 2006 at 12:55 PM

This is all part of the Dems’ ‘06 election strategy. They have no plan so they rely on this lawsuit, fearmongering (regarding global warming), and the “culture of corruption” (which goes back to this lawsuit). Other than that, they can’t make up their minds on where they stand on any issue.

Rick on July 14, 2006 at 12:56 PM

I question their timing

Patrap on July 14, 2006 at 1:11 PM

Kokonut, you’re probably already aware of Radioblogger:
http://radioblogger.com/
I go there weekly to read transcripts of Hugh Hewitt’s radio show. Great resource for those who have trouble hearing, or those, like me, who don’t get to listen to much radio.

This Plame/Wilson lawsuit is a dream come true for Republicans. They should be goading more liberals into suing them.
Imagine Wilson in the witness box, having to swear to tell the truth. Then have Defense introduce the actual findings of the 9-11 Commission, the Cia reports, and all the rest of the evidence Wilson has been lying his butt off about.

Years ago Charles Taze Russell, the nut who dreamt up the Jehovah’s Witnesses, sued the Rev. J.J. Ross for defamation, as Ross had put out a pamphlet outlining Russell’s errors and lack of credentials or scholarship. Russell puffed himself up and basically said, “I AM a biblical scholar! I am fluent in ancient Hebrew and Greek! Ross is a liar!”
Ross was very very happy to get Russell into the courtoom and under oath.
On the witness stand, Russell was asked and affirmed that he was fluent in Greek. And when a sheet of paper was handed to him with Greek words on it, he couldn’t read it. The Defense asked him again, “Can you read Greek?” and he had to admit that he could not. Jehovah’s Witnesses no longer make much of Charles Russell.

If Wilson takes the witness stand, he is done for. May it happen on Prime Time Main Stream Media.

Can you really suffer damages if you are making more money now ( or at least once she gets that book money) that when you were a govt employee???

Richsamg on July 14, 2006 at 1:34 PM

Someone needs to sing this beauty to poor little Jane Bond.

thirteen28 on July 14, 2006 at 1:39 PM

I can hardly wait for Discovery on Valarie Plame.

Wanna bet her little black op gets exposed.

ScottyDog on July 14, 2006 at 1:56 PM

Come on, where’s the pro bono elitist Leftist lawyers? Poor Valerie, like she had no culpability to maintain her own cover? What are they going to do with all the money the moonbats send them when the case is thrown out?

Fritz on July 14, 2006 at 2:05 PM

patrap, well done.

Remember that woman who agreed to marry the millionaire on the show “Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire”? She claimed she didn’t want media exposure too, but she never met a camera she didn’t like. I did a Google image search of “Valerie Plame” and it returned multiple pages. Granted, she cannot control how her images are used, or how her name is tagged to images, but an awful lot of those pages include posed pictures of Val and her pal, Joe. I ascribe them to be media whores, ala Cindy Sheehan. They have no credibility with me. Heavy hearts? I don’t think so. Heavy wallets maybe, but not hearts.

Bellicose Muse on July 14, 2006 at 2:16 PM

Er, to Valerie & Joe, if you hadn’t noticed there’s a raging war going on in Israel. No one gives a rat’s ass about the two of you. In otherwords, you are, have been and will always be insignificant.

moonsbreath on July 14, 2006 at 2:31 PM

Has anyone noticed that Joe’s hair is looking more and more like Bozo the clown. What’s that about?

d1carter on July 14, 2006 at 2:45 PM

Doug,

Yes, I know. However, flipping on that CC button and have it TIVO’ed to capture both picture and captions are much better to read and hear on the fly. How about turning off the sound completely and show the video instead and refer readers to a transcript elsewhere at the same time?

The technology is there. Not hard to use it now.

:)

Kokonut on July 14, 2006 at 2:51 PM

What a surprise!!!

Shmo on July 14, 2006 at 2:52 PM

Hey…look at Valeria Plame’s picture in the Drudge Report. I swear..she’s looking like from Madame’s Wax Museum.

Anybody noticed that?
Is that really her?

Kokonut on July 14, 2006 at 2:53 PM

moonsbreath, thanks for giving us perspective. If only these formerly unknown people would get the message. As my now deceased father would always say “how does the Earth suffer to carry these people?”

If this is what the left wants to focus on, when so much is at stake for our country and the world, let them. I don’t care how many polls are done – come Nov. the populace is not going to be self-destructive.

The folks in the Bush admin. have unwittingly made these nitwitts famous and now should thoroughly expose them ‘naked’.

What does this say about the CIA, to have even hired people like her?

Entelechy on July 14, 2006 at 3:32 PM

Where is Professor Blather? We need his perspective!

Entelechy on July 14, 2006 at 3:33 PM

New Moonbat Champions – (gag, choke, yugh!) that will use any percieved opening to undermine the Republican administration and Bush personally.

Any attack on Bush or his administration is percieved as a good thing by Moonbats – no matter if the attack has merit or will harm the national interest.

It would be nice to have a focal point for the Democratic party and the moonbats as prominent as Bush is for the Republicans – then we could champion actions that would attack the root of so many of the problems we face – the Moonbat Liberal Left.

omegaram on July 14, 2006 at 4:26 PM

But Allah, she looks so sad …. /s

Seriously, though, the chutzpah of these two is just breathtaking. I mean, what kind of people go around lying their asses off about stuff that, you know, actually matters to the rest of us, and then turn around and file a lawsuit against the very people they’ve been lying about when things don’t go the way they planned?

Unbelievable.

Blacksheep on July 14, 2006 at 5:21 PM

The “oh so covert” Wilson’s begging for bucks for their defense fund!! The remind me of the Clinton’s.

Grifters, all.

Her “career” was ruined because of her “outting”. BULL.

Next up, she’ll be claiming she can’t find a job because she’s now “so famous”.

doingwhatican on July 14, 2006 at 6:23 PM

‘The nature of the evidence is irrelevant; it’s the seriousness of the charge that matters.’ That is what liberals are depending on, and for them the outcome will be irrelevant. After all, we already ‘know’ that Rove was indicted.

Plame is a durn good actress. I’ll bet she even has Joe convinced that he is quite a man. Watch for her tears when she is put on the stand.

DannoJyd on July 14, 2006 at 6:57 PM

I volunteer to give Valerie a private tutorial session on “secret” canine procedures…
