Compare:

“Islamic Sharia law permits jihad against occupiers,” said the judge.

to:

A Yemeni legal expert calls it “a shock.”

These can't both be correct. Either the law permits it, and it shouldn't be a shock, or it doesn't permit it and it should be a shock.

Extradition is out of the question of course - Islam is the deciding issue in any country with Islamic rule.

The Islamic creed appears to define a person in one of three states:

1) Muslim
2) Slave
3) Dead

If they are Muslim with motives related to some (any) Islamic cause, then they are not criminals but merely doing their religious duty according to the likes of Yemen and other Islamic countries.

Did any of you expect anything else? When is the western population and the United States government going to recognize the "religion of peace" for what it really is?

The only way to combat such groups and values, who do not hold any respect or consideration for anyone other themselves, is aggressive confrontation on every issue, at every time, in every situation.

Israel knows how to deal with them after so much practice and we should follow their lead. Witness their method of dealing with Islamofacist kidnapping. "In Your Face", the willingness to use power, is the only thing the Islamofacist relates to.

Hate to say this, but the judge could very well have been right.

The FACT that they fought Jihad in another country is apparently not against Yemini law... just like our soldiers doing things fighting in Iraq would have nothing to do with something supposedly done here in America.

Sooo... if there was not sufficient evidence for prosecution... which there may very well NOT have been (not having been in the courtroom), he may have been right to let them go. They were charged with conspiricy to bomb things in Yemen, not what they did in Iraq.

Jihad is an internal struggle eh? Judge doesn't think so:

"Islamic Sharia law permits jihad against occupiers," he said.

OK, leftists, spin, spin, spin you're way out of that.

Of course, such things have been said before and they've been ignored. Why should anything change now....
