Sounds like Colmes wants to give Hashemi one of those Putin belly kisses. Says Clint via e-mail,
Colmes was waiting for me with a quote … that he thought proved Hashemi was repentant. It was Hashemi saying that Afghanistan was also one of Osama’s victims — which is different from acknowledging the Taliban was actually bad and complicit in the attack on 9/11. Saying that Afghanistan was also a victim of 9/11 is like saying in the aftermath of a bank robbery that a teller killed by the robbers, and the robbers’ getaway driver who was killed by the police, are both victims of the robber.

Someone should tell Alan that being a shill for the tinfoil left doesn’t become him.

This time Colmes couldn’t hide that his own argument was ridiculous.

Doesn’t Colmes feel the least bit guilty that he had to field those questions? Or was it voluntary and his own?

Mr. Colmes used to be reasonable and is definitely not dumb. As of late, though, he acts crazed and asks the most idiotic and annoying questions. Some of it might be for show. Sometimes Mr. Hannity is that way too.

I used to watch H&C, but it quickly turns into another Jerry Springer episode. I don’t like shouting matches.

I don’t like Colmes! I’ve emailed him and the station to let them know how I feel, many, many times. IF Colmes was not on with Sean, he wouldn’t be on Fox…MSNBC maybe, but not Fox.
I also don’t watch H&C much because of Alan’s tinfoil hat mentality.

Unbelievable. Colmes defended his points a little too energetically for me to dismiss them as simply obligatory.
And they were stinkers.

I watched this display of stupidity by Colmes as it unfolded. Can’t believe he is asking such stupid questions and defending such stupid people. This Yalie should not even have been let in the country, let alone to such a “prestigous” university as Yale. Heaven help us all if this pattern continues.
The Yale alum was absolutely correct in everything he said.
