Mastermind behind USS Cole bombing caught — again

He’s back behind bars, says the Blotter, after having busted out of a Yemeni prison in February. They got his sentence wrong, though: according to CNN and Wikipedia, he’s facing death.
Wikipedia says he escaped once before. Money graf from ABC:
Badawi, along with 22 others, had escaped from jail in February through an underground tunnel. The prisoners were believed to have help from both inside and outside the prison to dig the 460 foot tunnel.
Odds of a third escape: extremely good.
I sure hope Yemen’s complying with Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions in holding this guy. The thought that he might be exposed to “degrading” or “humiliating” treatment — brrrrr.

Hand him over the the sailors on the USS Cole. I’m sure they’d come up with some very creative ways to treat him with American hospitality.

What should be done is he should be handed over to American forces to guard. They won’t let him escape. It was our ship, our military that were killed in the attack. He should face American justice.
