The People’s Cube is pretty funny. The amazing thing about satiricizing the left is that the satire articles still reflect their beliefs fairly accurately. Sort of like the ACLU song: it’s funny, but it’s true, which makes it funny yet very, very scary.

The ACLU song is PERFECT-hilarious with satire. If we can’t laugh about it we’d end up crying.

Someone get these guys a record deal! I’m so sick of the commie punk all over the place. Even Jello is on the dark side-he was part of the anti-Bush tour that I had to boycott for political reasons.

Bryan, thanks for keeping these atrocities in the spotlight. I’ll never get over Halfbright going over in her miniskirt while all those poor starving children had to pretend to be happy about her being there. She gave those nukes to NK, along with the rest of the Clintonistas. She must be on some serious medication to be able to sleep at night.

The amazing thing is we set out to make solely political anti-communist music and ended up making quasi-Christian music as more of a natural progression than anything. This is probably why the liberal left is so lax on communism–they tend feel nothing when someone is martyred for Christ.

Although China has changed in many ways North Korea is still their proxy to some degree. The key to North Korea is not direct confrontation but Chinese support for change.

The best course of action the United States can take is what has been done – military deterence and waiting for change. China is the key here, not other neighboring states.

Hopefully, we strike down that pot-bellied Kim Jong Mentally Ill.

What to do with a regime like that one in North Korea?

I don’t know the answer to that. I suppose that I could sit here at the keyboard and type up some sort of clever answer that showed how smooth and smart I was. But I don’t think I’m really all that smart. And hell, I know I’m not a hero. The best I can do is try to live each day without being a coward. But if I had to answer Bryan’s question, all I can say is that my thoughts keep going back to something from the Boondocks Saints. Normally I hate quoting from movies to make a serious point, ’cause I makes you sound like such a pretentious ass. But really, this is the best I can do, as my words are pretty inadequate.

And I am reminded, on this holy day, of the sad story of Kitty Genovese. As you all may remember, a long time ago, almost thirty years ago, this poor soul cried out for help time and time again, but no person answered her calls. Though many saw, no one so much as called the police. They all just watched as Kitty was being stabbed to death in broad daylight. They watched as her assailant walked away. Now, we must all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men.

At this moment, if you were to talk to anyone on the left, they would agree with every word that you said, until those words were endorsed by the Bush aministration.

Sad but true, SR. Sad but true. But I suppose it is worth the loss of a few hundred thousand starving children make a political point. After all, Bush lied, people died! That’s the important thing to remember…

The title of Bryan’s article was “North Korea: Why it belongs in the axis of evil.” Well, we have heard about the banality of evil. And I suppose if we had Kim Jong Il in the dock with chains, he would look pretty banal too, what with his puffy hair and all. But all of that talk of “banality” in the end seems like such a nuanced, pseudo-sophisticated way of dealing with the idea that there could be such a man that lead to such a regime that had what “…looked like the children in Auschwitz and Dachau.”
