You mean he is a private US citizen who has a radio show and exercises his freedom of speech to push forward his opinion???

How is this news? A group of MS 13 just killed someone in the Western states because of a bad drug deal.
(Ok, I made an assumption on the MS13. Since they decapitated some people the other week I figure assuming they murdered another person today is a safer assumption)

Allahpundit – As I understood the terms of the agreement he had with the DA, there was no requirement that he not be arrested per se, but that he not be arrested for using the substances that got him into trouble in the first place. Is that correct? Secondly, I hope that his attorney wrote up the agreement with that in mind. It would be too easy for an overzealous cop to arrest Rush on a petty crime not related to his former charges.

Firstly, it is not uncommon for people at Rush age to use Viagra. Some one who knows every inch of his beautiful body needs to know every inch of another beautiful body too.

Secondly, he could be using Viagra to backup his Clinton acts in case the cigar fails to function.

Thirdly, I would pay attention to Rush’s girl friends….time for the paparazzi( hope I got this one right) to go after him…

Reportedly, Rush was about to return the Viagra because it wasn’t working properly: it just made him taller.

First off, my thanks to everyone for the great laughs.

My thoughts run to why Rush was not on the air yesterday. Could this be a plot of the LOSER prosecuting attorneys to keep pressure on Rush, and maybe even make it more difficult for him to do the great job he has been doing for over a decade now? From what litie I have heard it isn’t every day that someone gets screwed like this. The intercourse of those securing our airports should never have made the news this time. I guess only sodomites have privacy rights today.

There can be no doubt that these liberals are being Hard on Rush. They continue to try to penalize him for nothing much. Maybe they are the ones in dire need of viagra.

While I believe this to but nothing short of harassment, he is naive to think he wouldn’t be under such scrutiny. Especially a high-profile individual going through Customs. Leave nothing to chance.

Once I heard (in CSI of all places) that using a medicine prescribed for somebody else is against federal law or something like that.

This is so much a setup. I have carried so-called prescription drugs in non-prescription containers for years without a customs whimper. In fact, one can buy over the counter most USA prescription drugs in many countries including Mexico where I have bought them in border and interior cities. When I declared them on my return, customs said ‘no problem’ when I told them it was for personal use.

Viagra does not cause a “high”, per se (sources say). Common side effects include nausea, headaches, and spotty vision (allegedly). Recreational Viagra use is (according to my friends)not worth the hassle, or the potential psychological addiction, despite its spectacular short-term results (I’ve been told).
