<blockquote>Cut off the water supply (i.e., the employers that hire the illegals). Only then will the problem go away. Start fining the employers (not just Wal-mart, whose subcontract cleaning crew was caught with illegals), but even the landscapers…ALL of them !!!

You make an interesting point, even if it sounds weird.

I found this NPR article that proves that Illegal Aliens will self deport. Basically the story reads that a Sheriff is harassing Illegals.

Read from their own words.

<em>"In two, three months, we might go back to Mexico and not come back again," Alejandra says. "I even have a brother-in-law, his company has told him he has one more month and then there will be no more work for him. So we're going to have to go."</em>

Maybe the States should bill the Mexican 'Federal-ies' for greasing tourists that cross the border on foot or by bus. The Federalies will take a $10 bill; however if you have a unbroken $20, that will do.

Just starting from 1980, that's somewhere in the billions.

Funny how when illegals are costing you money, they are easy to identify and count, but when illegals are making you money, it is impossible to identify them, and they slip though your nets like d__n slippery eels.

Someone said we should use illegals to build the fence. I say we have to use illegals to build the fence since Americans won't do that work anymore, according to the White House.

Since we know they will be building the fence anyway, we should also have them build a big railway down to Tiajuana. That won't cost us anything extra, since they are the only ones who build railroads in America anymore. Next we put them on the train. They will be staffing the trains anyway, since Americans wont do those jobs either.

When the train gets to the border, we will demand their employers pay fines for every illegal. At that point the slippery little eels will slip though the employers' nets and wiggle right back to Tiajuana. If they dont go back we hang the Mexican flag upside down below the American flag and sing the Star Spangled Banner in English until they beg to leave.

Next we put out a want-ad in countries overseas for the couple million jobs that Americans really might not fill due to the comparative value of our welfare system.

It should take about 2 seconds to fill those jobs.

We should also pass a federal law requiring that states place citizenship on all state id and require state ID cards to be examined at polling places.

Those refusing id cards must vote conditionally, but their vote would not be counted until they submit proof of citizenship to release the vote.

I'd like to bill Prez Fox for increases in our property taxes--the huge influx of Hispanic students in our district has forced the hiring of more ELL (English language learners, formerly called English as a second language)teachers.
This department as well as increases in Special Ed has busted our budget. Just one school went from one ELL teacher and one para to 5 teachers and 3 paras. The fact that more and more Hispanics also are in special ed,(because of not speaking English,or maybe the fact that they come here so very far behind,)is taking time away form the kids who are autistic and borderline retarded.
The teachers and social services LOVE it. It insures their jobs and benefits.Hire more, increase taxes,it's for the children!
The "children",hell, its for THEM.
ps
More kitchen help hired too, for early AM free breakfasts.
More bus drivers.Interpreters. Counselors. Etc etc etc.
The NEA and SEIU are in heaven.
The SEIU union, by the way, were the ones in the orange shirts handing out flags to the si,se puede demonstrators last May.They are the school's para, kitchen, and custodial union. They are far,far left, and very activist with International ANSWER.

Folks,

There is a lot more information at http://www.texastowncar.com. This data that we (30 retired military) dug up over 9 months shows conservatively that every Texas household pays approximately $1200 in additional state and local taxes due to the presences of illegal aliens in Texas.

We need to start sending bill after bill for the costs of taking care of Mexican illegal immigrants. This would be a first step in an eventual lawsuit in which billions of dollars could be recovered.

Some louse representing Fox spoke about filing suit against our President, and America if we dared to allow our National Guard to detain his people illegally crossing into the country. While I doubt that their effort would go very far I do believe that we have a legal right to get recompense for our loses.

Even Cigarman could win this one IMHO. :o)

Since Mexico has a form of socialized medicine, it is not unreasonable to bill the Mexican government for the treatment of Mexican nationals.

Thanks shooter, good links.

It will be entertaining to see how many ways the MSM tries to spin the defeat of the amnesty bill as something bad for Bush. It's a HUGE win for conservatives!

Down with the amnesty bill. Keep the pressure on until it's completely cold, not just postponed.

LA Times editorial has a piece on the death of the amnesty bill and they think we are losing it. Rush Limbaugh got it right...

"<strong>A governing party running out of steam? Folks, let me tell you what happened here. This was another conservative crackdown. The LA Times thinks this represents a Republican crackup. This is a conservative crackdown. You have done it again. The members of the House heard you and they have put the brakes on a horrible piece of legislation. The LA Times is obviously from the school of thought that legislation for legislation's sake is the answer to all problems.</strong>

As I told you, we are winning.

LA Times editorial has a piece on the death of the amnesty bill and they think we are losing it. Rush Limbaugh got it right…

“A governing party running out of steam? Folks, let me tell you what happened here. This was another conservative crackdown. The LA Times thinks this represents a Republican crackup. This is a conservative crackdown. You have done it again. The members of the House heard you and they have put the brakes on a horrible piece of legislation. The LA Times is obviously from the school of thought that legislation for legislation’s sake is the answer to all problems.

As I told you, we are winning.

Cut off the water supply (i.e., the employers that hire the illegals). Only then will the problem go away. Start fining the employers (not just Wal-mart, whose subcontract cleaning crew was caught with illegals), but even the landscapers...ALL of them !!!

Hey, I have another idea. Don't send the bill to Mexico (it would help them by letting them how much they are depriving US citizens of for the benefit of their illegal aliens)- send the bill to the Federal Government!

The Federal government is partly to blame for not enforcing immigration law - and the county for being a Sanctuary. Whatever county wants to be a sanctuary and not cooperate with enforcing Federal law should be billed for the cost to pander to the illegal alien.

See how much San Francisco likes it when they have to pay the bill!

I am thrilled. I own a half a rental house in Garlan, TX, which is in Dallas County and the cash flow stinks because of the country taxes.

I think you are missing the point with Mexico: I believe that they are deliberate in their policy to have their population sponge US health care not only for the benefit of their own citizens but also to weaken the United States. Who believes that Mexico is a friend and not a covert enemy to the United States and it's citizens?

In short sending them a bill is like giving Mexico a report card on how well their policies are working. Save your effort, redouble your effort, by contacting the representatives of the United States, Federal, State and local, and <em>demand that everyone who lives here obey the law like you must!</em>

There is only one option..

Deportation!

If it costs us 1000 dollar to arrest and deport one of them, the problem will still only cost us 11 billion to fix.
