Army turns 231

Before there was a U.S., there was a U.S. Army. Beth at My Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy has a post up right now celebrating one of their finest: Staff Sergeant David Bellavia, who’s been nominated for the Medal of Honor. Read the citation; in a different age, this guy would be starring in westerns with Audie Murphy.
As it is, he has more important work to do.

easy87us,
Please do not use the name of that Benedict Arnold ever again in connection with the United States Army! He’s the United States Marine Corps’ embarrassment, not ours.

I the last 3 weeks the 3 major has given over 3 & 1/2 hours of coverage to Haditha, and to our herors like SS Bellivia not a mention, or very, very little. The mission of the MSM and their lib alles is to sabotage our war on terror. The left will sink as low as possible to distroy the morale of our fighting troops, and the morale back here at home. They the left says that they support the troops: No they don’t.

Just finished reading “Home of the Brave” by Casper Weinberger. It highlights just a handfull of American heroes from the two War on Terror battlefields of Afghanistan and Iraq.
Happy birthday to the greatest Army in history! Not even the Greeks, Romans or Monguls could compare to the U.S. Army.
Everybody knows who murtha is, but does anybody in America know who U.S. Army 1st Sgt. Paul Ray Smith is? He is the only Medal of Honor winner in this war on terror. Why does nobody know his name? Because the media doesn’t want us to, it doesn’t fit their agenda. But no matter how hard the media try to make us lose this war, it is inevitable that we win, because of people like Paul Smith. Rest in Peace.
