The allegation that US soldiers kicked the crap out of Zarqawi when he rolled off the stretcher was apparently a lot of hot air. The phenomenon of grossly mangled facts in a breaking news story shouldn’t be surprising, rather it should be expected. K….

I question if the other Allah is on vacation. The 1000 lbs operation could have ended in a very mundane way, with only a few fingernails left for the DNA verification.

Ah, but this way:

- Sweet justice kept the monster alive nearly an hour – what I would give for his thoughts, if he still could compose any.
- Our soldiers didn’t kill him, and he didn’t make it on his own, and all the primadonnas of the world are left empty-handed.
- The conspiracy theorists will have plenty to work with.
- The Right is happy! Period!
- There will be no endless trial.
- The Left is destitute: he is dead, the subject is changed, this might be a bit of good news for Mr. Bush, Haditha is not true or much smaller, homeland security and terrorism are front-and-center and November is not so certain again. One almost feels for them.

The 3rd female was a child (1 year old) who was legally married to Zarqawi.

As for the other men, they were babysitting Zarqawi’s other 2 wives while he was changing the diaper of his 3rd wife.

I think Zarqawi and his spiritual advisor were having sex with the 2 females (the 3rd female was a child). This makes sense – they found pieces of “teddies” around….

the men had different wounds (different rooms perhaps). Maybe Zarqawi was on the bottom and that’s why he had no shrapnel…?

Autopsy shows Zarqawi was killed.

According to jihadi websites, Abu Hamza al-Murthawi is the new leader of AQ in Iraq.

No one seems to know who he is, although Fox notes that “al-Murthawi” means “the chicken.”

One of the knocks on Zarqawi among the bomb-belt community was that he was a foreigner from Western Pennsylvania and thus couldn’t claim to be acting on behalf of Iraqis the way a hometown boy might; looks like that criticism will abide.

Even the jihadi community that supports Al-Qaida was caught somewhat offguard by this announcement — many of them had simply assumed that Al-Qaida Deputy Commander Abu Abdelrahman al-Pelosi would take over in Zarqawi’s absence.
