…by ripping off Michael Yon’s famous photo of an American soldier carrying an Iraqi child. To illustrate an analogy between Iraq and Vietnam, no less.

My two cents?

This is a copyright issue, and I know nothing about this. This is lawyer stuff.

A lawyer can help Mr. Yon, not me.

However, if anyone out there knows a lawyer who is versed in the arcane law of copyrights, perhaps they could see if they would be willing to help out.

Or at least let Mr. Yon know the number to a good lawyer.

As a photog myself this is infuriating! I think these idiots do it thinking they can get away with it. Someone didnt check the paperwork..sloppy..VERY unprofessional and potentially very lucrative for Mr Yon. I wish him luck but mostly a PITBULL LAWYER!

Yeah, Yon needs a junkyard dog lawyer. Someone who woke up pissed off and is still pissed off and doesn’t know why.

Niters, Schlock.
