When we are facing the inevitable prosecution that arises, perhaps we can point to the precedent set by the invaders’ “penalties.” We shouldn’t get jail time, we should only have to pay restitution for 3 years. After all, we have been hard-working contributors to society. It would be an affront to expect us to pay any more than that having been in the workforce longer than most illegal immigrants, thus having been greater contributors to society.

Illegal immigrants, regardless of how long they have been in the United States, will only be required to pay 3 years worth of back taxes. They will not have to pay penalties or fees as you or I would. This is a ‘tax fraud’ amnesty, in and of itself, for most eligible illegals.
