A proposal for solving ‘comprehensive legislation’ to solve the illegal immigration, border security and guest worker problems….

It started already with the MinuteMen albeit non-violent. I don’t think the folks in D.C. really understand the hardcore feelings this has brought to the surface. They are literally opening the door to violence in the future and they still insist on playing politics and disregarding the will of an entire nation.

A “National Languague.” Blah, blah, blah. I suppose we should also generally and vaguely refer to the United States of America as an “Entity,” rather than a Country. If we are going to water somethings down, we might as well toss them all in….

I definitely plan to let my senators and representatives what I think of them in November.

Normally, we would use our vote to express our displeasure over the granting of amnesty and other unequal privileges to 10 million illegal migrants into our nation.

However this amnesty package fast tracks a huge bloc of the illegals into full fledged voters in 2 years.

Senators serve 6 year terms, and not all elections are held the same year.

The illegals will be allowed to vote in the only poll that asks if it is right and proper to ignore the law and give them the vote!

Effectively, we the actual citizens of the United States are being denied our constitutional right to have a fair vote.

This is the first time in history that the Federal government through the Executive and Legislative branches has stuffed the ballot box with 10,000,000 votes created by themselves without the consent of the governed, to vote on whether it is proper to ignore the consent of the governed.

This is the biggest voting rights fraud in our History!

If they do it once, they can do it again, and based on projections, it will be done again.

Our only protection from tyranny end with the great ballot stuffing proposal.

Of course, by 2008 our voting bloc will have been outsourced to the illegals. We won’t be able to overtake their majority.

You cannot amend a pig.

Allowing up to 200 million immigrants into this country is Insanity.

great point! Let’s make a list of the cheap games they are playing with we the stooges:

1. Path to citizenship if you have resided here two years.

Acceptable proof for undocumented non-tax filing illegals consists of a letter from an employer, a letter from a ‘landlord’ or buddy who states this person lived here 2 years. In other words, if two people will lie for you, anyone can prove residence

2. Pay back taxes

Taxes due on unreported income would be paid on the honor system. You tell us what you made, without proof

Taxes due on employer reported income. Pay it if you wish, or just don’t tell the government about income you earned under a social security number. Instead, get a buddy letter to state you worked under the table for the amount of fines you want to pay

Some illegals have a public persona and their employment is undeniable. Otherwise, use buddy letters. And for anyone who never really spent two years in the USA, i. e. the rest of Mexico, the buddy letter is the way to go.

There is no clean verification on undocumented activity, especially for 10,000,000 people, and the verifications will be made by the biased immigration service which is loaded with pro-illegal compatriots.

3. Here is the biggie no one has thought of, but it will happen under the Bush plan.

Get Ready.

a. Will you be able to refuse to hire one of these new Nation-Stealers, or give hiring preferences to legally immigrated applicants or native born citizens?

No. An employer will not be able to give preference to you, the native born or legally naturalized citizen above this new pack of law breakers. You will be fined, jailed or lose your business.

b. Criticizing this new bunch will become Hate Speech

c. It will be the norm for children in schools to be taught it is un-American to criticize these cheats

d. if Bush’s agenda passes, a teacher will lose his job for criticizing this in the classroom, because he will be attacking the civil rights of the cheats

4. Bush says Learn English, just like Like the toothless ‘English is important to us’ bill passed by the Senate

a. Does ‘learn English’ mean an employer can refuse to hire you because you can’t speak English? No.

b. Does ‘learn English’ mean an employer can refuse to hire you because you only speak English, as is happening in Florida? No.

c. Does ‘learn English’ protect Americans applying from government jobs from being passed over by bi-lingual applicants because the government still runs a bi-lingual operation as is the offical policy in Canada now. No

d. Does ‘learn English’ end the preferential treatment for Spanish language in the Federal Government over other foreign languages, like the Hispanic White House Web Site? No

It used to mean you had to learn English to vote. Not in this law, which doesn’t even say how much English an illegal has to learn.

as far as I can see ‘Kiss my ass’ is the only English they need to learn under that law.

One question, how can you pay back taxes when you were paid cash?

I think I misspoke. After looking at the roll call again, I think I mistook a Nay vote for accepting the conversion to permanent status. I was wrong and apologies to George Allen. I should have looked more closely at who voted in which column. There’s good old John Warner voting with Kennedy, Turbin, Kerry, and the usual gang of suspects.

im also from Virginia-have you checked out Warners recent votes. we need to understand that we can no longer look to the govt to do the right thing. what we need is a third party that looks out for our intrest(how does the American constitutional party)sound.
we need to stage major protest.
we need to shut down the economy for a day
we need a media outlet(you know mainstream media will not help)
we need to make our voices feared and not just down played
as rants.

We NEED to protest in a BIG way up in DC. The government cares nothing about this country, or its future., All they care about is their power base and getting reallected.
Darwins also right, it takes big bucks.
I work for the state of VA, so I am not a rich man… But i am willing to do what I can.

To open up a sign up page for a protest, and begin to get organized… well, maybe thats a start. The conservative blogging community seems to be fairly close, so I am sure CQ, and all the rest would link back to it.

LIke I said yesterday, the Senate will get it wrong everytime! Yesterday, they killed the Ensign Amendment that would not allow illegals to recoup the money they paid into Social Security under a false or stolen identity.

I am writing to you, as a staunch conservative and supporter of Republican causes, to convey my ever growing anger that you and many other members of Congress are not doing what needs to be done to prevent millions more illegal immigrants (not undocumented workers) from invading our country. I see how you voted on the Kyl amendment, so apparently you are for lettting “temporary” workers stay permanently. I also saw that you voted against securing the border first. You and President Bush (and I voted for him twice) are not acting in the interest of the American people, unlike your co-senator George Allen.

There are millions other Republicans who feel as I do. The RNC recently contacted me asking for a donation. Instead of getting money from me, they got a piece of my mind. I have a very long memory, and I know that you are not coming up for election this time. But I tell you now, if you continue down this course, I intend to vote for ANYONE who runs against you in any election. Wake up and listen to the people. You were not put in office by Vincente Fox, or by 12 million illegals. You are leading our country down the road of disaster, and I pray that the House Republicans have the backbone to stand against what is starting to become a joke, the US senate.
