I am amazed at the arrogant stupidity of the Senate and our poor excuse for a President. How can people seemingly so stupid and on the wrong side of the most critical issues of our day ever get anyone to vote for them again?

We are more in need of a hurricane in Washington D.C. than on anywhere else on the planet… in session of course. C’mon mother nature, don’t fail me now.

shooter: Camden N.J., born and raised. I now reside at the South Jersey Shore, worked 20 yrs. in the casions in Atl. Cty. as a waiter and bartender. I have a two year colllege degree in business mgt. Working in an office in a sute tie, and title, and low wages not for me. I have to where the action is. I always made the top tips( a little pat on my back there) and couldn’t wait to get to work every day. I’d be up every morning fifteen minutes before the arlerm on my clock went off.

Senator websites are lastname.senate.gov

for example Mccain.senate.gov send him an email reminding him who pays his salary.

Congresscritter websites are lastname.house.gov

Bury them in Email. Please don’t use vulgar language etc.

make your points concise and clear. Make your points often, and encourage others to do so as well. Be proactive, you think of a topic. Start rounding up your friends. Don’t pass stupid “you won’t believe this…” email messages around. Pass bullet points so that your friends nationwide can be on message when they contact their representatives in DC.

To sum up:

round 1 bullet points:

- Seal the borders

- no benefits for illegal behavior, no SS eligibility, payments, etc.

That should do for starters.

You sir are advocating the selling of our SOUL. If we worked with the Dimmocrap party to get rid of the RINOS in The GOP, WE BECOME RINOS. The Democrat party is a party of TREASON, they will do anything to regain their power, anything. What Dems. would you suggest we work with H.Clinton, J. Biden, T. Kennedy, D. Durbin, B. Boxer, D. Feinstein, you can’t trust any of them as far as you can throw them. They will only stab you in the back. GW learned that at the begining of his Presidentsey, with his new tone. One of the objectives of the McCain Feingold bill is to keep the incumbnets in power. The first people we want to get rid of is the liberal Dems., and then yes the country club faction of the GOP. To me the country club faction of the GOP are old women, they just hang out and gossip, rag, and complain , and and talk behind everyones back, and accomplish nothing. Besides the pro-open borders propaganda telling us we should accept people breaking our laws by illegally entering because we owe a blood debt to all 3rd world people, we were fed the line they are necessary to pay for the Social Security of the coming baby boom retirees. The Senate in its vote has exposed this as B.S. designed to convince us to let in the housebreakers.

The Democrats have said there is nothing wrong with Social Security, so why fix it? This provision,if allowed to become law, will move up the day of doom forward a few years, in the absence of reform. Given that social security is a net transfer of waelth to the poor, the net impact of illegals getting social security under these terms is to make the program more insolvent than it would be if they had never violated our borders.

I’m wondering how this will really work? Let’s face it, I doubt that employers paid them “legally” – I doubt taxes were taken out of paychecks. Seems if they can get SS (just by saying they “paid into it”), what about the taxes? Do they get a free ride on that? Where do they get these bogus SS numbers? Are they legitimate numbers of others? Or just made up numbers?

Look at it this way: As Newt says, these are the people to whom we have TEMPORARILY loaned power. The problem is that once in Washington, their base of power shifts away from the lowly electorate back in the flyover country to the powerbrokers based in, and fundraisers conducted in D.C.
So while Newt’s ban on D.C. fundraisers is a great idea, it’s not going to happen before this November, and probably not before 2008, anyway. Same for term limits, which AS OF TODAY, I support.
The big weapon which incumbents have against their own base is that they are the best bet for preserving that seat within the party–the opposition party is ultimately the best friend of an incumbent when the challenger is from the incumbent’s own party.
I’m thinking of an episode of the original Twilight Zone, with a mysterious box which sported an ominous button. AS A THOUGHT EXPERIMENT, what would happen if you approached a Democrat acquaintance and said, “these buttons will replace every Congressman in D.C. with an honest 50/50 chance of Republican or Democrat, but only if we both push the button.”
Think they’d go for it? And are you actually angry enough at the RINO’s to push in the first place?
