According to the Independent. They’re backing off their plan to let women work in lingerie stores, too. Sounds like the reports of reform have been greatly exaggerated.

I got their photo right here.

After seeing a Saudi troop contingent’s reaction to “adult entertainment” firsthand while deployed there, I would almost regard this particular prohibition a public safety measure. Would anyone seriously expect any different from these Wahhabist brutes? Somebody get Dr. Sultan on the phone.

Funny, when was the last time you heard an American feminist say a single bad word about Islamic discrimination toward women?

Labamigo on May 17, 2006 at 9:25 PM

And these lunatics set the price of oil.

Labamigo– In a few months, the answer to your question could be Ayaan Hirsi Ali!

It would be funny as all get out to see a “freedom fighter” walk up and b-slap the living daylights out of Kim Gandy and Kate Michaelman for forgetting their “place.” I have a feeling that both women would let their white guilt take over and feel that they deserved it and put on a burka.

The poor feminazis; someone doesn’t goosestep to their views on abortion and they try to make the world think that they live in the most despotic nation on Earth.

I don’t know,
No pictures of Cindy Sheehan…$1.00
No pictures of Nancy Pelosi…$1000.00
Hilary Clinton in a burka…Priceless!

Not in the paper
But keep ‘em in Turtle Bay
And make sure they’re blondes

Kid from Brooklyn on May 17, 2006 at 11:09 PM

Calnevari,

This would be priceless, a representative few for starters – a burka lineup of Maxine Waters, Cindy Sheehan, Barbra Streisand, Arianna Huffington, Susan Sarandon, with a jihadi-dude behind them, who doesn’t have a clue who they are, telling them to shut up and threatening to slap them silly…with them begging for undestanding about how they are on his side, and him replying “last words, now your heads will be cut off”. Allah is great!

Entelechy on May 18, 2006 at 12:29 AM

Yep. mohamhead (piss upon him) made it clear that women have a meaningful, beautiful purpose. To breed, work, serve, and give pleasure to Man. Hmm…imagine……

“Mmm mmm mmm”. What’s that, babs? I can’t understand you with that cloth over your face. “Mmmm mmm mmm.” Whatever. Shut the hell up and fix me a turkey pot pie or I’ll show you the back of my hand! Tell arianna and susan to bathe and make themselves ready for me. We need more nail bomb delivery systems.

Isn’t that magical! Say! Maybe there’s something to this muslime thing after all!

Nudie bars in Saudi Arabia? No way. They wait until they get to London to look at naked women, gamble and drink their forbidden scotch. No hypocrisy there, the women aren’t Arab.

It’s that 7th century mindset. Are goat and camel photos allowed?

doingwhatican on May 18, 2006 at 8:47 AM

Only if the Goat is doing the Camel……
Mainly because that would be very difficult and would take exstensive planning.
Still though, I would pay at least 10 Drakmars to see that.

Kramer on May 18, 2006 at 8:54 AM

Isn’t this half their trouble, though?

Look at the value Westerners place on romantic love. Every pop song, every movie, all those bar fights and suicides and crimes; all the diets and beauty goop and plastic surgery and *just* the right labels on your t-shirts; so much of what we do is based on love justifying everything. You’d give your life for your girl, kill for her, live for her, die without her. The movie doesn’t have to explain why it’s okay for Bruce Willis to blow up the airport. We already know.

These eejits must have as much energy as we do. They must have the same need for a purpose in life. They don’t have fair maidens or knights in shining armor, but they have their angry god….

Maybe a nudie bar in Saudi would be the first step towards world peace. :)

We are finally coming to the realization after all these years of Israel trying to tell us: “Those people over there are completely nuts”!! About time people. Now wake up and do the job that the rest of the world won’t do.
