I thought it would be an amazing about face (and slam on Pelosi – “who’s in charge??) if he did veto it and look bi-partisan about seeking a better package. Wishful thinking, but then that’s been his entire candidacy.

Sarah Palin getting in front of the Fairness Doctrine shenanigans is a good move for her and for the GOP. She’s a great face for this argument.

What are the odds Europe will save itself? It seems this holier-than-thou, peace-loving at all cost, we-ain’t-no-racists cr*p will burn itself out in some time in the next decade after dozens or so more gruesome Van Goeh like murders and Mardrid and London like mass bombings.

Reminds me of a Jr. High fight I was involved with… the bully kept poking at me as I kept hoping it would just stop. After awhile, without realizing it, I had enough and I found myself battling the bully.

Here we go again, every time one of these organisations publish a report, its all about immigrants rights and especially their apparent right not to be offended or criticized when they get here.
Apparently as a native citizen of a western country you have no right to tell people who want to live in your country to get with the program or get out, but you have the right to be told by immigrants the way you ought to live and to be called a racist if you wont submit.
And to top it of, these Euro dhimmies want it to be easier to get into our countries.

This newspaper thus published 12 such cartoons, one of which portrayed the Prophet as a terrorist. The issue has caused widespread condemnation and a protest march was organised in Copenhagen as a result. The fact that, according to a survey carried out regarding the publication of these drawings, 56% of the respondents felt that it was acceptable is a testimony of the current climate in Denmark. ECRI considers that the goal of opening a democratic debate on freedom of speech should be met without resorting to provocative acts that can only predictably elicit an emotional reaction. [...]

Modern collectivist theory: Freedom of speech means freedom from speech, freedom of religion means freedom from Christianity, freedom of ssembly means freedom to assemble discreet groupings in approved areas, freedom to bear arms means individuals may be disarmed.

Hi, just FYI, Yediot Aharonot English also carried a report that Bin Laden and his goons are making a hit list of Israeli diplomats. Apparently, the Israeli foreign ministry has now taken all pictures of foreign diplomats off of the web.
