Audio: Jodie Foster raps
posted at 11:55 am on May 17, 2006 by Allahpundit
MAD FLOW. Here’s the article linked yesterday by Drudge. Listen below.
Thanks to Sanctuary for the photoshop.
Update: The audio has been (heavily) edited to include her comments on 9/11, Katrina, and Ronald Reagan. As regards that last one, no, I’m not going to make the obvious joke. Although I bet Ace or Goldstein will.

Blowback

Foster bashes Bush. As someone who voted for Bush twice, I have also been bashing Bush. As you and Laura did yesterday. He deserves to be bashed when he continually betrays us at every turn. He continually gives in and appeases people who are here illegally and are a drain on our country. Schools are over crowded, hospitals are closing, prisons are over flowing etc. While at the same time stabbing his base and taxpayers of all parties in the back. The senate is no better. The GOP leadership (oxymoron), need to be thrown out, just as Daschle and Foley were when they were in charge.

roninacreage: Very well said, my sentiments exactly. What we need is someone like Mr. Newt, like in “94″ A contract with America. ARE THERE ANY GOP CONGRESSMEN OUT THERE, HAVE YOU READ WHAT IS BEING SAID HERE. Thats all I have to say. Beam me up Scottie……………

What is it that makes these Hollywood buffoons think that anyone cares?
Susan Sarandon is a diplomat (‘What did the Iraqis do to US?’), Sean Penn a FEMA rescuer (New Orleans) and world class war correspondent (Iraq), Barbra Streisand an EPA guru on SUV fuel economy (got caught driving hers immediately following a lecture to US, how to conserve), and now Jodi Foster assumes the role of ‘parent of the USA.’
These people are boorish, self-absorbed clowns.

Hollywood actors and actresses lead a life of being blind. Sheltered in their mansions with gated fences. They have no clue and only say what they “think” the average person wants to hear. I would love to see just a few of those in Hollywood take a stand and say something. Other then “save the whales ” or something to that effect.

I have to ask:
how many Katrina refugees are currently shacked up with a Hollywood celebrity?
how many Katrina refugees are currently living in hotel rooms paid for by a Hollywood celebrity?
how many multi-millionaire/billionaire Hollywood celebrities have dipped into their largesse to buy a new house for a Katrina refugee?
I’m sure that Jodie will be riding in her limousine, refilling her turkey-baster, and collecting her huge movie salaries and wondering why this heartless, racist, captilist nation hasn’t gone socialist yet.

All those grads, expecting T.S. Eliot, Shaw, Shakespeare maybe F. Scott Fitzgerald …but nope, they get EMINEM?
Negativity then a rapper…they’ll need all the luck they can find.
What a waste. Hinckley, I think she’ll take your call now.
(just had too, sorry)

Jodie who?
clyde on May 17, 2006 at 2:25 PM
Oh No! Not another celebrity succumbing to the ravages the mental disease of Liberalism. This mental disorder seems to be rampant among the Hollywood elite. From George Looney to Tim Robbins and his Mommy Susan Sarandon, and all the others infected with this disorder, will anyone help them! Think about the children!!!
Maybe this is why box office recipts are dwindling… ya think?

I started to listen to the video but about a 1/3 of the way through I was about to blow chunks.

Wonder if her tattoos are real. If so, wonder why she would do that to herself? Imagine her at 85 years old, all saggy and purply and drawn-on. HAHAHAH. I like it. Well, maybe not PERSONALLY, but hey, it’s something for her to look forward to.
clyde on May 17, 2006 at 6:15 PM
LOL clyde — I’m pretty sure that pic is photo shopped:)
wytammic on May 17, 2006 at 6:26 PM
She does rap a little bit better than she reads from her notes.
How like a barking moonbat, to see “a terrible moment,a moment of wonder, a moment so true, so beautiful, and so exqusitely sad” when her country is brutally attacked and in “deep, sorrowful mourning”. Couldn’t help but love that devastated feeling.
Then, the country started to recover, and she went back to her usual mode of being superior, sneering, and appalled at her country.
NellE on May 17, 2006 at 6:31 PM
According to her, we’re worse off now than we were four years ago. I sincerely doubt she is, though she hasn’t done anything remarkable in quite some time. She is a typical lib who speaks and votes one particular way, but lives her life in an entirely different and more affluent way. She is one of Lenin’s “Useful Idiots”. She probably agrees with Charlie Sheen that 09/11 was in inside job.
Ahh, Clarice, a nice chianti and some fava beans, please.

Jodie Foster be lefty media darling,

Is that the best a university can do for the graduating students? What a slap in the face of the students AND their parents to have such a moronic speaker on graduation day. After 10′s of thousands of dollars spent by the students and (mostly) parents, this institute invites an actress?? Give me a break !! It would have been better if they brought in someone from the REAL world, such as the corporate head of a medium to large company to speak of REAL world issues as those issues will soon affect them. That was just B.S. on the part of the school!!
gary on May 19, 2006 at 10:58 AM
At least her wrinkles are airbrushed.
moonsbreath on May 19, 2006 at 11:23 AM
She sounded shakey and unsure of herself, maybe she thought she was going to get pie’d….

*barffles*
George Ford on May 19, 2006 at 11:41 PM
Well of *course* she is worse off then she ws 4 years ago. She’s become a washed-up old has-been (perhaps even a never-was!).
She’s an *actress*. What the hell does she know about the ‘real world’ – she hasn’t seen it since before she was a child. She (and the rest of hollywierd and most of the left) live in a sheltered environment.
Shutup and act!
CrazyFool on May 20, 2006 at 9:09 AM
I hope some one could post her rap here. All I heard was “xxxxxxx xxx one chance XXX XXXX XXX xXXXXX..then blow”…or something like that. Sounds sexy to me.
Her speech is going to equal to Ted Kennedy’s ” I have a DREAM!”….and Ted’s son to the cop..”I have a vote to catch.”

easy87us on May 21, 2006 at 8:53 PM
Sheesh, you’d think all the years Foster has spent before the camera reciting someone else’s writing she would be more… I dunno…moving in a commencement speech. I’m struck by how thin her voice is, how unsure of her reading, and considering how vapid the writing I bet she wrote it herself.
Sorry Foster. You’re the one who blows.
