Well like is a better term but you get the idea! However, keep the web site up-to-date or get someone else to fill in for you! I’d like to see the web site succeed yet it could be a bust and the whole idea of a conservative video news outlet would have to be born again somewhere else! With all that’s happening in our country and in the world, it shouldn’t be too difficult to keep Hotair current. It’s almost like it’s become a tiger and you and your crew are all riding it! Getting off once is doable yet risky, twice probably not in the cards!

I loathe the UN, too, but America will never withdraw from the organization nor will we throw it out of the country. The attitude in certain circles of our government is probably one of digust for this corrupt organization, but at the same time a recognition that it’s better to stay involved on some level lest the kooks totally take over and use the UN to form some supercoalition that could threaten the United States.

I agree that a transcript would be good. We can email links of the video to people w/ video capabilities, but we can mail transcripts to more people.

I think that it is neat that this site is sort of a Michelle Fan club, but I hope we are serioiusly trying to get the message out. Michelle is doing the research, condensing the message, making a video. We need to get it out. Send links of the video to your senators and representatives. Send them to your friends. Teach them to your kids to use in the government class papers.

This country is in a war and we are being attacked on many fronts: By Islam, by our old Cold War buddies, by Mexican opportunists who have lost all respect for us, and our worst enemy – a network of wolves in sheeps clothing in this country trying to bring down everything sacred we stand for. Heck they aren’t even trying to pretend to be sheep anymore.

This country is a democracy and we are in a civil war, being fought primarily with words, ideas, falsehoods. Our children are being brainwashed in the education system all the way through college. Those not in education are being brainwashed by the media.

The old media is the British fighting in Redcoat formation, and we are the patriot minutemen shooting from the woods of the blogosphere. We need to take a no holds barred approach to get the truth out, or our children will inherit a country in Chaos destined to be another fractionated continent like South America, Africa, or Europe.

Sorry I strayed off topic, but this vent about the UN is just one of many that we must take and amplify to anyone who will listen, who can vote, who can influence legislators, shape policy, and shape our society. I’ll get off the podium now…..

Plus, all the UN thieves are protected by Diplomatic laws while being limo’d around the big apple.(or driving drunk with a ‘Kennedy like’ free pass).
They’re all thieves. Kofi is an absolute thief! A disgrace to all of humanity. It blows the mind that he is still there. But then again…not anymore, it just makes one shudder to think that he’s a LEADER???
Doesn’t he have enough money/food/perks hid away somewhere to hold him over by now? I hope he gets caught, but Diplomatic Immunity just might free his criminal ass.
Most was covered by the rest of you above, except the rebuilding of the UN and exorbitant expenses…. It asks for $100,000,000. (one hundred million) just for the architecture drawings, I believe. And 1.6 BILLION to re-do the house of cards ( race cards, get out of jail cards, free food for oil cards, etc)

The UN is not just corrupt and ineffective, it is dangerous to the United States. Under the control of a group of dictatorships, the UN spends much of its time blocking American initiatives and interests, while serving as a forum for anti-democratic and anti-American propaganda.

When the US is in danger, as it now is from Iran, among others, the apparent purpose of the UN is to stop the US from taking action in self defense by giving veto power over American actions to countries like Russia and China.

We need to recognize the danger to America that the UN poses before our submission to its phony authority causes us to suffer an avoidable attack.

Without US money and membership, the UN would decline into the insignificance it so richly deserves. We need to be out of there before it acquires even more power to harm us. Paying our enemies to oppose us through the UN is a good definition of masochism.
