Isn't the NSA foreign surveillance program pretty much over now? I mean, are there any terrorists left who do their planning by cellphone, unless they just picked up a new one at 7-11? Thanks to the "patriotic whistleblowers", we have to count on the formerly ineffective but now much worse CIA
to figure out what new, more devious communications the terrorists have switched to. While they're still in the planning stages.
