I'm also not sure he'll get much relief from the Fourth Circuit if and when he appeals the denial of a motion for a new trial. As I'm sure most of you know, the Fourth Circuit isn't filled with too many liberal judges. I have faith in the courts on this one. Hopefully they won't prove me wrong.
