Kinda like that boatload of Jewish refugees that weren’t allowed to land in the U.S. back when Franklin was in office, and then they were sent back to Europe…many of whom died in concentration camps. I bet they were comforted knowing the Democrats sent them back.

We’re so uncomfortable that Jews are jumping to the Republican party at a rate equal to the Reagan era. Ask me, I left your damn party to join the Republicans. I don’t seem very ‘uncomfortable’. In fact the last place I was ‘uncomfortable’ was trying to rally support for a Pro-Israel rally at a young democrats meeting and being shouted down as a racist.

Looking at a Howard Dean bio at jewishvirtuallibrary.com it says , ‘Yeshiva University’s Albert Einstein School of Medicine, where he met Judith Steinberg, whom he married.’

One would think that if that were the case he would understand the implications of wearing that keffiyeh and how it would be perceived in the Jewish community.

But, after all, it’s just Howard Dean. Not anybody of substance or merit.
