There is no shame in being pleased that our enemies are the scum of the earth. Maybe at one time the clash was between courtly gentlemen with Saladin being the social and intellectual superior of most of the crusaders. Now we have to dig out the enemies of all humanity. A work that is both the more necessary and harder to get support for while being less romantic.

Again, the “religion of peace” sends a message to the world. And only one day after the public release of UBL’s audio tape (irony?).

Sadly, I feel the Islamo-fascists are going to spread more of their brand of “witnessing” to the African continent much like the mid-to-late 90′s. Note the comments regarding UN peacekeepers coming to Darfur by bin Laden in his latest tape.

I think, pointing out the “religion of peace” claim is basically worthless to the entire reason this travesty happened. Anyone can plame the blame game when it comes to violence in the name of your religion. The question is why Dahab, and my guess is because it was a tourism city(accepting of otherviewpoints).

Anyone who would worship a murderous, violent thug like Mohammad was, is out of their mind. Strapping a bomb to yourself and blowing yourself up with the goal of taking as many innocent lives with you – or planting bombs to blow up innocent people – with the expectation of being instantly transported to paradise for the deed – is beyond evil.

BillyKess on April 24, 2006 at 9:30 PM

Once again I say: Where are the supposedly Moderate muslims comdemning these attacks? YO IF YOU CLAIM ITS A “Religion of peace” DEFEND IT! Denounce AQ, Denounce the immans who spew hate.

Solid_Snake on April 24, 2006 at 9:55 PM

There is no longer room for “moderates”. Moderate Muslims have been as silent as moderate Democrats.

Speak up!

Justify your silence.
Justify inaction.

Where is Jimmy Carter?

While MSM ignores or spins this tragedy as another isolated incident Michelle puts it right up top reminding us that we face a ruthless enemy that even kills it’s own.

If not for border security you can be sure it would have been Eilat. Al Queada, Hamas, and assorted Jihadis are all over Sinai now.

Recent warnings on our own southern border indicate the enemy is setting up to hit us again as well. All they are waiting/hoping for is the Jimmy Carter crowd to disable that ‘evil’ retalliation button.

Publius, you may have it more right than you know. OBL is a disciple of Sayyid Qutb making him particularly dangerous to more modernist Islamic counrties. OBL thinks the world is in a new “Jahiliyya” or age of ignorance where the Islamic world has lost the knowledge of the Qur’an and tactics such as these are acceptable to him to remind them that they have strayed. All non muslim countries are targets as well. Egpyt, Saudi Arabia and more westernized Islamic countries will become targets, IMHO, over the next year or so.

This is a fight of good vs. evil, and untill people realize this this kind hate will continue. There is no room for tolerance, we must crush the EVIL DOERS. Religon of peace this is not, we are called Infidals and Pigs and Apes in there holy books.

Murderous thugs they are. Who would want to hurt someone at a resort? Clearly the Middle East needs more prisons to lock up these violent fanatics. And any of their clerics who promote such violence should be locked away, too.

Every time I hear ‘fatwa’ that means to me ‘a declaration of war.’ If clerics pronounce them, they’re as guilty as a general giving marching orders and should be incarcerated like POWs.

Why do people from western countries continue to go on vacation in Muslim dominated countries, have they learned absolutely nothing, you are bound to get hurt when you walk around in the terrorists backyard

This will go on as long as the financing continues. What an irony of history that those nations blessed/cursed with an abundance of what makes the world go round also use it to promote death and terror.

The snake eats its tail.

But the Islamic spin is already in motion.
See this from Belmont Club:

“Apparently the idea that the Mossad, via the Bedouins are behind this attack, is being circulated by Egyptian analysts.

Retired General Salah al-Din Salim, an Egyptian researcher at the Strategic Studies Institute in Cairo, said that it could not be ruled out that the Israeli Mossad was involved in the terror attack in Dahab.

“The Mossad’s ability to penetrate the Bedouins in Sinai is known,” Salim said in an interview with al-Jazeera.”

As Daniel Pipes, Bruce Thornton, and others have pointed out, it is the “moderate Muslim” who is the apostate and radical.

Islamist terrorism is simply following the instructions of the Koran and the Hadiths.

BluestateNeotard,

Are you being facetious when you speak of incarceration? How about incineration? Prison isn’t the answer. These aren’t isolated criminals they are an organized enemy of western civilization. Talk of imprisonment is just so 9/10.

Have faith and keep talking (not prosetylizing) with Middle Eastern bloggers, the ones who WILL talk about these people without going ballistic. There are others out there reading and wondering too. They may not post but they’re taking it all in. Keep your head, make your points clearly and with a little humor and be heartfelt. If you have to say something negative, remember it’s the BEHAVIOUR of these people we don’t like and won’t tolerate, not the individual themselves. they are still God’ creatures underneath but the behaviour sux and to that end we are discussing what we will and won’t tolerate. Respect is all well and good but it doesn’t extend to telling me what I can and cannot read, laugh at, whom I can speak to, or what I write if I’m an author or lecturer. As long as I’m CIVIL and respect other people’s personages, no idea should be offensive in and of itself and all ideas are there to be examined and discussed, just as criticism of Islam, though painful, must be endured. Otherwise, if Islam’s followers (what race are they again?) call us ‘racist’ for wanting answers to the questions of their ‘entitlement’ to enforce their practice of devotion on other people, inflicting barbarous punishment if we don’t agree to it, or even for DISCUSSING it, then Islam is most certainly at war with us has been for some time, while we’ve turned a blind eye and as many cheeks as we dare. Now, we’ll use laughter or bullets or whatever it takes to say to Islam and it’s adherents: ENOUGH! STOP OR WE WILL KILL YOU!

A religion of peace indeed…anyone who thinks we are not engaged in a holy war is insane or lost. The islamic religion has declared war on all of mankind. They are the ones who started this war-not us. Our nation is SLOWLY opening its eyes to what this “religion” is doing on a worldwide scale. Unfortunately, most of the world is oblivious to this, and kowtows to them in the name of “diversity” and “understanding”.

Unfortunately, I fear that we will stand alone in the end against this enemy…

Airborne leads the way…

I was just reading about the Troops out Now/ Muslim protests in New York and hope we never get as apathetic toward the “Muslim invasion” as Europeans in London, Madrid and Paris are. Europeans will continue to suffer bombings, lootings, and mayhem at the hands of TROPers (The Religion of Peace) in the name of tolerance, multiculturalism and wimpy European politics. There is no end in sight unless the U.K. makes good on its laws to expel radical clerics and their followers and by limiting unbridled immigration of unskilled troublemakers who refuse to assimilate.

I don’t know how we hedge against the Muslim invasion in the U.S., but they’re dead(ly) serious about ringing death and destruction on the Great Satan and all the infidels.
